A little about me..I had the opportunity for 35 years to run a global business..specializing in extremely high end luxury goods in the architectural industry. I tell you what...I had tons of employees. I am not being bragadocios about my accomplishments ( btagadocios is probably spelt incorrectly) Jusr saying I would have stolen her in a New York City minute in my day..I am now retired. Amy is exceptional and I don't hand out compliments too easily. She is worth her weight in gold. Employees like her an asset to your organization so hopefully you treat her the way I see her. I've rented a unit here for about six months. They recently underwent construction,remodeling the doors on my unit and a few others. I wasn't able to access my unit for a week, which isn't the issue. The issue is that once i was able to gain entry to my unit, everything inside was covered in mortar and cement dust. I have spent the last three weeks trying to get in contact with someone to handle the damage done to my property, to no avail. Every time I visit the site, the office is locked. No one returns messages or phone calls. Instead, they've locked me out of my unit and told me i owe a balance with interest.
Edit: so far, Amy has gone out of her way to try to amend this situation. She has been the only person actively trying to rectify this problem.
Edit: this matter has been rectified. Again, I want to thank Amy for going above and beyond to get the matter handled.

The staff were compassionate and very accommodating with the delivery nd removal of moving cubes.

Property manager was SUPER nice, helpful and knowledgeable for my elderly parents. Good security, good promos, clean units, options. If it was little closer to my parent's new apt, they would have taken it in a heartbeat but the manager here went above and beyond to even call ahead to hold and make appts for my parents to check out two other facilities which really helped as my parents were in a pinch and needed to move ASAP. Thank you for your personal touch and patience!!
