I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Tiffany at Public Storage. She’s helped me from start to finish. I moved out of my apartment in May and she was eager to help me. I just moved into my new apartment and was excited that she answered the phone. Today, I called over the phone because I needed to transfer to a smaller unit, as I no longer needed the large one I had been renting. When I called and realized it was her, her calm, kind, and professional demeanor instantly put me at ease.
She explained that I would need to come in to the office to complete the transfer, and honestly, with how pleasant and helpful she was on the phone, I had zero hesitation about coming in. Her warm personality made it feel like I’d be walking into a stress-free situation and I absolutely was.
Recently, I was shocked by how much my rent went up and honestly wasn’t sure why. She went above and beyond as someone who understand that sudden increases in payments aren’t easy to navigate. She offered money-saving recommendations, and made sure everything was clear. On top of that, she patiently walked me through how to use the Public Storage app, step-by-step, until I got what I needed done.
Tiffany is truly a standout. She turned what could have been a frustrating or confusing process into something easy and even enjoyable. The unit was clean and the key was accessible. Since, we have added a second outdoor unit and transferred our original unit to a larger one. The only reason I am giving a 5 star review is because of Leslie. She was the only person to help me. I called multiple times for a code to a lock on my unit. I called everyday for 3 days talked to multiple people left multiple messages and Leslie was the only one to help me. She is the only reason you get a 5 star review. Other wise you'd get a 0. She provided outstanding customer service through the whole process even after so many other let me down. Your district manager doesn't answer their phone. You store manager doesn't answer. It's like you have one person working to actually make a difference.

From the start Kennedy made the move in process quick and easy. When it was time to move out my furniture all I had to do was make it known and Danita confirmed all and assured me my card would not be charged any further that was reassuring to me. Dash is the best, made it super easy to get moved in and fix a mistake I made. If you have anything you need help with, talk to Dash. Really easy to setup online, and then you can just show up on your move in date and have no contact with people at all. The climate control is nice and the storage units very clean.

This is my first time using Public Storage and I was pleasantly surprised with both the service I received and the condition of the storage unit. The facility looks new and is well maintained. The property and the inside unit I selected were both clean and well lit. The customer service person, named Dash, helped me register and was super pleasant and helpful. I had trouble with the online registration but she took care of everything for me and walked me thru the process. Dash helped me get into my unit and lock things up. I could not have asked for a better first time experience. Thank you so much for help and big smile, it made my day a little bit easier!

Dash is AMAZING! I thought good customer service was going extinct, but she renewed my faith in the industry. I was a customer of CubeSmart & the merger/take over put a cramp in my plans with my payment date changing amongst other things. Fortunately, Dash made this hiccup as painless as possible, lending me an ear on a day when everything seemed to go wrong & offering her physical help actually moving my things when she noticed that I had no help of my own. When I think of renting another storage unit in the future, I will definitely think of Public Storage. Thank you SOOOOO much Dash-you went above & beyond & you didnt have to.
