I was helped by Kayla at the Ellis Road Public Storage. She was so helpful and informative. It was an evening visit by me after a long day of work. I am sure she was ending her day as well. We lease an indoor space and have found the property management, in particular the regional manager Chris M, to be very responsive and helpful. The space is clean and location is great. several times not secured (auto doors set to stay open, gates open).

I’ve had such a great experience with Danita, especially when it comes to their customer service. From the very first phone call, the staff was professional, patient, and extremely helpful in answering all my questions. They took the time to explain the different unit sizes, pricing options, and even walked me through what would best fit my needs without trying to upsell me.
When I arrived at the facility, I was greeted warmly and given a quick but thorough tour. Everything was clean, secure, and well-lit, which immediately gave me peace of mind about leaving my belongings here. The front desk staff also showed me how to access the gate and my unit, making sure I was completely comfortable before leaving.
What stood out the most was how responsive they are. Any time I’ve had a question—whether by phone or in person—they’ve responded quickly and with a friendly attitude.

Public storage so far has been good. The only issue I have had is there is a public restroom onsite and most times its locked and onsite management is not present. and since I spend quite a bit of time at my unit as well as others this is not helpful or conveiant.
