Very unprofessional, if your a new customer they will be pretending to be the most professional public storage service, the minute you pay and have any issues with over charges or trouble accessing your unit for issues generated by their end they stop responding. Stay Away from this location
I had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience with Public Storage when trying to vacate my unit. I followed their protocol by submitting my evacuation request well in advance and received an email confirmation that everything was set before the end of the month. Just to be safe, I called customer service and was told that I needed to evacuate prior to the 1st of the next month to avoid any additional fees. I did exactly that and moved out on time.
However, things took a turn for the worse when, upon arriving to evacuate, I discovered that my gate access had been locked before my evacuation date, which was completely unjustified. I was forced to wait for other tenants to let me in so I could access my own unit on the day I planned to move out.
Despite evacuating on time, I was shocked to see that I was still charged for a full month's rent. To make matters worse, late fees began to accumulate. I tried reaching out to customer service in every way possible but found it impossible to get in touch with anyone. The only way I could actually reach customer service was by pretending to be a new customer calling the renting department and asking to be transferred.
This entire process has left me feeling misled, disrespected, and beyond frustrated. Not only was I locked out from my own unit before my move-out date, but I was also wrongfully charged rent and had to deal with accumulating late fees. The lack of transparency, accountability, and access to customer service is unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to be very cautious with this company and make sure to document every interaction and detail, as they don't seem to follow through on their end.
This place is clean and well kept. Ron, who works here, is an asset to the company. He makes you feel like you matter. Kudos to you, Ron.

Where so I even start? i have been storing here for 10 years and have nothing but rave reviews!! If I could give 10 stars I would. Ron, the current manager has been nothing short of fantastic, as were the managers before him - always willing to help me with anything I need, and with a smile. If only every storage location was this great! I almost hate to leave - but I am moving.
Ron is an amazing helpful employee at the Enterprise location. He's helpful with payments when I'm forgetful sometimes. And appreciate the professional customer service. And is always helpful when I call and has a cheerful pleasant attitude. Not to mention the facility is clean and beautifuly kept.
Do not give this company your business. If there was a zero stars, that would fit.
My mother used their services for 8 months. Once terminating her service the site management did not do their proper walkthrough in a timely manner and she was charged an extra month of payment ($500). The end of service was 3/25/24. Due the laziness of employees at this location, the walkthrough was not conducted till 4/2/24. Thus causing another automatic payment withdrawal.
The wrongful transaction occurred 4/3/24. I’ve had multiple calls with customer service reps and brought to escalation services. No rep can explain the company’s protocol in this situation. Some reps say the refund could be automatically returned from the account on file, some reps claim a refund check must be mailed. In 2024 the company claims the physical refund check will take 6-8 weeks to be received. Unbelievable. This entire situation was created by their lack of urgency and laziness.
It is now 5/23/24, and my mother has not been refunded. It’s taken me to have multiple conversations with the DISTRICT MANAGER OF THE COMPANY, Cody Taylor. RIDICULOUS. Still waiting for my mother’s proper refund. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY.

Avoid this Damn place at all cost! I say COST because this Greedy Company is going to TOTALLY gouge you. Been here for about 10 years but THIS Damn company bought it about two years ago. Already had TWO rate hikes. $227 for a 10x15 damn unit!
GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! This company absolutely sucks. Looking for a new place ASAP. They Know folks don't want to move their stuff again, so they figure screw them, we got em. AVOID😱🤢🤮😡🤬
Both elevators in the building are out of service. Can't access my unit . And the items are too heavy and bulky to take up the stairs. The 1-800 call agent and virtual kiosk are not helpful. I would not recommend public storage.
We moved in just over 2 years ago and our rent has already more than doubled. Don't be surprised to see an increase within 6 months of move in and then additional increases 6 to 9 months thereafter. Very difficult to speak with an actual human being who knows what's going on when you have an issue. Everything is automated through a kiosk (where the front desk used to be) or re-directed to a call center. I don't think this is the place you will want to be at if times get tough and you miss a payment. No long term contracts were offered at the time we moved in.
To me it feels like ownership knows what a hassle it is to move storage units and they squeeze you for it.
I really wanted to rent a unit here in spite of all the bad reviews I read. The location is convenient, indoor storage is available and lot gated. BUT....
#1. 6 pm came and gate still open. 7 pm came and gate still open.
So much for security !
#2. NO OFFICE STAFF NOW, ONLY KIOSK.
I need to see available units and choose what's best for me. I've been trying for 2 days to get a callback and arrange a meeting because I need to store some things quickly. NO CALLBACK.

I'm not sure what's changed within the past year or so at this place because earlier reviews seem to suggest good things, but my experience has been similar to the more recent reviews, and I would certainly not recommend renting space here.
I was initially quite pleased because the sales worker I spoke with was exceedingly pleasant, and I received an amazing rate during their Memorial Day discount period.
Then my rate was increased after several months. Apparently, they can (and will) change your rate at any point in time. If you're only renting for a couple months, maybe that won't be a problem, but long-term renters beware.
The day I arrived with a rented U-Haul to move all my things out (including large furniture), every single elevator in every single building was down and there wasn't a single cart to be found. We tried for an hour or more to contact someone (police and fire department also came). No one was on-site, and we were repeatedly told by the call center personnel that it would take 72 hours for someone to get back to us. Nothing was ever done about it.
I moved out shortly after that, and despite submitting my move-out through my account, they continued to automatically bill me. When I called to be refunded, I was told a review needed to take place, and I'm waiting now for them to call me back with their determination. It's a little confusing to me how their system would not cease automatic payments upon move-out. It's also a little confusing why a review needs to be performed for me to get my money back when I'm not even renting a space there anymore. It's been a wild experience.
Unit was a little difficult to locate at first. Facility was very clean and well lit. Had to hold the entrance door open for access to the unit.
Online registration did not work for me. Attendent very nice and helpful, straightened out the registration mess. Automated lighting did not come on in the hallway of the unit until walking the full length of a dark, creepy hallway. Large, oversized cart when present was helpful, but barely rounded corners, was awful to steer, banging into every nook and cranny shifting the load along the way. Hidden fees took the first month half price ($70/2 or $35) to $95. Checked out less than 30 days later and was billed another $85. Recommend checking the fine print as their insurance excludes normal items that one might store in a home closet; pretty much it is written such that it covers nothing.
Insecure location. If you have an inside unit climate controlled, check on it. Many have had their cylinder locks drilled out and replaced by thieves. Pictures are from 12/16/2023, fresh cuts, brass shavings still on the floor. OCS and Facility knows this is happening. Do not store valuables here.
My locker was broken into over a week ago and they are still not working to secure my door. I call everyday and Noone calls back. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
DO NOT RENT HERE! This place is horrible! I also Have a second floor unit. Still no carts and I am the only one here. AC is questionable on second floor. I have a few melted candles from it. Called to complain about elevators that were not working and not marked that they were out of order, and was told that I would be receiving a call from the district manager. Still waiting on the phone call and it’s been over a month. I have rented from public storage in the past and have never ran into issues like at this location. DO NOT RENT HERE! I am looking into moving my unit to another storage place. So sad. Horrible customer service regarding this matter from both public storage and the location itself.

I stored my stuff in a unit this July, and everything went smoothly with moving. The property manager, Jeeda, was super friendly and helpful in arranging my moving-in.
Elevator not working several times,,no carts available and no one to talk to…terrible service on second floor units
This is the third time I have been here in a week to drop off a car full of stuff and the elevator to my building is not working. Why is there only one elevator for the entire building?! I called the first time but had to leave a message because the office was closed. I got no response to that voicemail and now i’m paying for a unit that I can’t even get to. There should be someone in the office to assist with this stuff if the location is open.
All the carts they provide are damaged and not useable. Tried to go inside to talk to someone multiple times and the doors were always locked. Tried to call the location and left voicemails, never received a call back. There was dog poop on the floor during one of my visits. Not sure I'd return to this location again.... On the bright side The app was super useful and the process was pretty easy.
I was having trouble getting my lock in and Jeeda was so nice to help me out! Great place to store your stuff!
On 31/dec/2022 when I came in the morning around 6.30am to put my things in my storage unit; the gate was stuck in a half closed/open position. I couldn’t get in; waited there trying to reach the customer support which is supposed to be 24/7 for half an hour with no success. Later when I checked around 9 it was okay and the operator was like the gate was working fine! I missed my flight that day coz of all those to and fro trips and all the wasted time.
Just want to note this coz; please ensure reliability of your gates or at least have some one to respond to customer calls in case something goes wrong during the hours of entry to the storage.
Mother reserved a unit at a memorial sale price. Came in to finalize the rental and they said they had a first come first serve basis so they no longer had the reserved storage unit... Seems weird to have a reservation system if you're actually first come first serve
Ok fine what other units are available well there are some but none at the price for our reservation. So we call customer service, they say they should be able to offer us the same size or two sizes up at the same price. Store manager refuses saying the district manager won't let her. We talk to the district manager and he continues to refuse

JEEDA WAS TRULY AN INSPIRATION AND VERY HELPFUL.
Jeeda (08097) was very helpful, got me set up and taken care of within 10 minutes. Very friendly and easy to work with.
After some excellent customer service I went to thank Jeeda and she said "at Public Storage 08097 we view everyone as family" then proceeded to do burnouts and donuts in the parking lot. 10/10 customer service.
Convenient location near major highway. Had an issue with elevator not working due to area power outage, Jeeda quickly got it fixed within 24 hours.
I appreciate Public Storage for giving us a excellent service in hiring an excellent employee her name is Jeeda well, respectful, very professional at what she does. Excellent provider to help customer and very clean place in good shape and very helpful. I am very thankful for a good employee to give us good service when we need it and she deserves an excellent raise.

Don't use this place, management is awful. They're charging me $330 "because I didn't remove the lock" when in fact I did. Even the employee there confirmed it, but I'm being charged anyway..

I have used this storage location about 20-some years ago. It is a convenient location for me. This time the manager Jeeda was especially helpful with the detailed log-in process and locating the space I wanted.
I have been a customer here for 2 1/2 years. Recently I downsized from a very large unit to a much smaller one. I was fortunate that Jeeda was able to facilitate the process and get me into the unit I needed both in size and location (first floor, outside, which made the move easier). Jeeda was extremely professional and her communication with me was unparalleled. Her customer service was exemplary! If you need assistance or need to rent a unit ask for JEEDA!

There was boxes etc. to purchase to help with storage. Also carts for moving bulkier stuff.
A suggestion having used pallets available to keep some delicate items off the floor.
