Omg my experience was a 10 star experience ALL thanks to YOU... Ms Debbie from store 9901 Liberty Road in Randallstown. I wasn't feeling my best when I walked in, but the smile I received from Ms. Debbie began to put me at ease. As I am talking to Ms Debbie about my storage needs, I began to cry...and I mean full on, snot down the nose crying lol. My emotions were out of control and Ms Debbie went the extra mile to not only attend to my storage needs, but reminded me that I am strong, I am powerful and I am great. She told me everything I manifest will come to for wishing. I love the genuine love and support she had shown me. She even gave me a hug...and let me tell you...you couldn't get a more loving hug from your grandmother if u tried lol. The warmth I felt completely changed my mindset. Roosevelt was great! He was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! Today I rented a parking space for a large vehicle. He was very informative and answered all of my questions. He even took time out to go all the way down to the space I rented to show me where to park the truck. A real asset to this location!

I have had my belongings there for over a year and have never seen such horrible customer service in my life! I’ve only had to deal with them on the phone and in person a handful of time but every time has been a horrible experience with rude attitudes and no help. I’ve had to move my belongings to a different storage location due to this and multiple increases of price.

Horrible customer service . Treated my daughter horrible in the year plus time she was there . When closing her unit today she was spoken to very rudely and denied to even help dispose of the lock to the unit when asked . Very disappointing that the company allows people like this to represent them. She told my daughter to complain to corporate if she didn’t like it . Very sad . I will definitely tell everyone i know to never use this company anywhere . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They have employees that just don’t care and treat you horrible !

Currently have 2 units at this location. Best prices for storage in the region. I pick up, drop off stuff from my unit almost every day no problem. Stephanie at the front desk is super cool! She’s there for whatever you need her to do for you and will help you get the best deal in any size you unit that you need. Highly recommend!

Prices are a little too much but they are ok. It's the convince for me.

WhenI arrived the young lady greeted me in a warm and professional manner. Then she introduced herself as the property manager (sorry I forgot her name) The young lady was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping me picking the size unit I needed.

Stephanie is very knowledgeable, friendly and explained the contract step-by-step in full detail and language that was very understandable.

The process of getting storage was quicker than I imagined. The manager Stephanie was thorough, understanding, and precise when it came to my needs. It my time of need she was clutch.

The gate times almost got caught in there...9-9 that's crazy, people may need more time. I think if your in by nine the gate should open to let you out.
