This is a great place to have a storage they have really worked with me( SYLVIA )I'm pretty sure she is one of the managers at front desk she saved my storage unit from going on auction I am highly appreciative to have chosen this location

Some girl with dreads that work there told my wife that she could pay more than half on the storage, and the rest of the fee would go on the next bill. She never told my wife that we would be locked out of the storage. We owed 15 dollars and couldn't get in, and then they charged an extra 20 dollars for a late fee. I've traveled a lot, but this is the only state I've been to where they don't care about the people. Never again, never again, never again. If you need a storage unit I would say find some place else. If I could give this place no stars I would.

They have a roach infestation. A ROACH INFESTATION. It’s not their fault, likely from renters, but that doesn’t matter. You will have roaches in your belongings. Even if your unit looks roach-free, you will leave with roaches. Thought it was safe since it was a new facility. After moving in, bathroom was often inoperable, as was the water fountain. Elevator was falling apart…roaches EVERYWHERE in our stuff. Once we realized, it was too late. Our stuff was already impacted. And they raise the price on you after 4 months. Don’t do it. They say it’s a $1 for the first month, but you end up paying $50 for insurance, administrative fees, and their lock. Choose a different public storage. They have roaches. They have roaches. They have roaches. Look at the other review that was posted referring to the roaches. Protect your stuff.

Roaches! Bomb your unit before moving in! I am not knocking the employees or public storage, because this is a fairly new facility. I believe a dirty customer put their roach infested belongs from their roach infested home in one of the units on 2nd floor! I am hoping public storage do their due diligence to get it under control.

Kyaliah showed me a clean building with clean units. Also has great customer service as well as answered any questions I had.

There have been no employees present for hours today in the middle of the day. I've had to unload everything up four floors by hand because the carts are locked in their inexplicably closed office. It is very frustrating that my move is taking so much longer due to the poor service provided at this location. There literally is no one here. Kind of makes you wonder how safe your stuff really is given their lack of employees.

Good facility, with a sufficiently large loading area situated right next to the elevators. John was super helpful finding us what the space we needed - on a Sunday, no less.
