The folks working here have been super attentive and an incredible help. Exterior lights don’t come on when the suns not out which leads to an easily avoided annoyance when moving etc.
Bathroom locked. No key is provided. No one here to help bc it’s a self serve facility.

I went for the first time and it was a horrible experience. I look at my text message to see which is my unit. It clearly states numbers for the building, but the outside of the buildings are letters. As I am wondering around trying to figure out where I belong. I call the toll-free number. As I explain what my issue is, I am directed to speak with the manager on duty. Kicker is there was NO ONE there! No, was there a sign to say on lunch or be right back. So I walk around more. 15 minutes later, here comes someone pulled up in her PT Cruiser without a care in the world. I ask if she works there. She says ,"Yes." A bit rudely. I explained to her my issue & and told her how I have been walking around looking for help. She says,"O." Then proceeded to show me where my unit was located. Customer service was TRASH!
