Mary (The Training Manager) was great help last week. I was driving by and knew that she worked this location as well as the location where my storage unit is located (Beulah Church Rd) and popped in for a quick question. I can tell you right now that this cheerful lady sure does know her stuff. She can run and operate Public Storage computer system and programs like no other. She knows the quirks and the issues the system has from time to time. I kid you not, she's got the answers and solutions to get past the systems everyday problems. I even got to witness a little bit of that experience today. And sure enough, she knows the system and it's reckless tricks. YOU GO GIRL! Teach that system who's really the BOSS!
I had such a positive experience with Public Storage! From the very beginning, the process was simple, straightforward, and stress-free. Mary was extremely helpful, taking the time to explain all my options and making sure I chose the right unit for my needs.
The facility itself is clean, secure, and well-maintained. I really appreciate the gated access, bright lighting, and climate control—it gave me peace of mind knowing my belongings were safe and cared for. Moving in was easy with the carts and elevators available, and I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable the rates are compared to other storage companies.
What really stood out, though, was the customer service. Every interaction I had—whether in person or over the phone—was professional, friendly, and efficient. It’s clear they truly care about their customers.
I’d highly recommend Public Storage to anyone looking for a reliable, affordable, and stress-free storage solution. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future!

Seems ok so far 1st day.
I moved out of my space on the second and still had to pay the entire month of rent. That's robbery if you ask me. I've paid every month on time, left my unit completely clean. A full month payment, for literally one day.
Update: I received a call from a higher up who has promised a refund for the month. She was very apologetic and pleasant to speak with. Apparently I previously talked to someone who wasn't a manager at the location. Problem resolved, never had any other issues while renting the unit (1year).
