Horrible for auction buyers. Everytime we are here to pay for auctions they take hours to to help people. Employees go out constantly for smoke breaks with 20+ people in line. I spend hours in line here every time I come to pay even for just 1 unit.

They have raised the cost twice on us in one year, now over 50% what we originally agreed to pay. $96 a month for a 5'x5' space. With very little staff, most of this cost is pure profit for out-of-state entities in California.
I was trying to schedule a move in for 10/23/23 but I was having a hard time making the reservation on the app i'm not the most computer savvy person so I called into call center and spoke with Chris he was helpful and polite thanks again for your help

They keep going up on the price but not giving you any more attraction like painting or bettering the place smh my door unit the paint is pealing off the price a year ago was $55 now $87 smh and it is a small one smh
