We had to come down here because our storage is automated. We were told that we needed to talk to someone face to face to change some things on our account. Rachelle was so wonderful and friendly. She helped us quickly and efficiently. We left the office and realized our car wouldn't start. We tried to jump it with our little portable jumper, and it didn't work. She came out and hooked us up to her own car. We sat out there talking and waiting. It still didn't work, so we all started problem solving. Rachelle definitely went above and beyond for strangers. We finally, mostly with her help, got our car started. I can not recommend her enough. She really was wonderful. Thank you, Rachelle!

I ordered my unit online. I’m very dimensionally challenged. But, was able to go to the front office where I was greeted by “Rochelle” and she was able to quickly get me transferred to a bigger space, With no hassle. Plus the next day the app was tweaking out when trying to access the code to get in. I again was able to receive such great customer service! She provided me options on how to get the app going again, as well as my access code. I Highly recommend it’s a very secure storage space with great service!

I attempted to rent a unit (online) at another location, but was unsuccessful. That store’s site manager, Jasmine, worked with me over the phone but ran into difficulties, so she sent me to the North Illinois St. location. Rep. Rachelle worked through challenges and was able to successfully get my unit on East Washington Street reserved. Rachelle even worked through her lunch break to get me taken care of and explained that my issues were due to technical errors. Kudos and much appreciation!

I just moved my stuff into a unit today, and was almost completely pleased by the experience. Rachelle took care of me, got me squared away and, when I realized that I was going to need a bigger unit, handled the transfer quickly and efficiently. I could not be happier with the customer service.
The only downside is that the facility closes at 6PM, at which point the elevators and doors will no longer allow access. This is inconvenient, to say the least.

Corporate tried to screw me over, support was less than helpful in resolving the issue and I had a moving company ready to transfer my items to a new location.
On-site, Rachelle understood the issue and was fair in resolving it. If it wasn't for her, this would be 1 star and I would have left. The process was annoying and unnecessary but she went as above and beyond as she could.
If this was a one-off and I don't run into recurring issues, I'll continue to adjust my review to capture the full experience. This company is truly lucky to employ people who care enough to correct mistakes.
