Great company! If you had any issues they try to correct it or see where you and them can come to a solution to fix the issues to where you’re completely satisfied. I had an issue several months back and they called me to let me know. After that I haven’t had any issues. I recently had some questions about my unit and had the pleasure of talking with Kylie and she was very helpful to answer my questions and concerns that I had. She was very helpful and informative. Love the fact they keep cameras on the premises to ensure extra safety and security.
I've had a great experience with Public Storage of Indianapolis IN Nap Town and they have an employee named Darlene who was checking up on me after I rented it and that's a rare thing to be checked in on after you rent the space is just cool Nice Job Public Storage
The 5 stars is for Kylie not the location itself. I’ve dealt with the same issue two or three times at this property with my storage door some how dented in looking like a break in and not able to access my belongings.
Kylie didn’t hesitate to drive to this location to check it out. She then moved me storage units to make me feel my belongings were safer. She physically helped me move all my belongings into a new unit. This woman needs a raise!! Thank you so much for your kindness & professionalism Kylie!!

Julius the Mgr caught me at a very bad time in my life. Instead of judging or walking away from me..he rushed to help when he saw that my dog had attempted to jump from my vehicle to be with me outside only to fall between the frame of the vehicle and the sliding door. Her neck was wedged and I was trying to keep her held up to keep her from choking or getting her neck broken. If it wasn't for him going up and beyond I hate to say what would have happened...THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

I recently was broken into and Julius who is the property manager has went out of his way even while having the flu to help me in numerous ways . Julius is truly an asset to this company & I'm so glad that he has been here to help me out no matter what was going on & then I met the District Manager Brent and he stopped what he was doing to get me moved into another unit no questions asked and he was very fast & friendly and that has made this whole experience a lot better & really helped me a lot
