This location of public storage is very clean, very well organized. The on-site manager is very nice and tries very hard. Her name is Kristie. She’s pretty much the only reason I’m still there. She is the reason why I gave it five stars. Having said that, public storage corporate? Stop with the constant price increases. All you do is turn, happy loyal customers into ex customers. There’s too many storage places for you to do this. Stop gouging your best customers.

I got a unit for a great monthly rate & he said the cost wouldn't change for 7 months it has almost doubled.. and there's nothing I could do about it all my stuff is in that unit so I'm kind of stuck other than that it's a very secure facility I have no worries of any my property getting stolen or damaged but the price thing is where they got me .. With all that said, the employee called me & gave me a better rate & a 40$ credit . That is what I call great customer service...

Doug and Lucy made my first storage rental super easy. I visited the location yesterday and was given a tour of the facility. They explained the rental process and answered my questions. I rented it today and it went exactly as they explained. I made a dry run to open my unit today, and they were both present, and provided excellent customer service a second day in a row. The facility is clean and safe.

I absolute loved this Public Store facility. It is very secure, I appreciate the cameras at the main office. Being a woman bringing the boxes by myself, gives me a peace of mind, indeed! I found the store unit very clean. The halls are nice and swept. They have bright and clean hallways as well. Ross and lady partner are amazing, cordial, and professional. I highly recommend this particular location at Rock Dove Rd, in Fort Wayne IN. MEG.

Paris really helped me out. I had a unit booked on Illinois Rd, but when trying to get in the gate was broken. I went to the Rock Dove location because I knew someone was still in the office until 6pm. Paris stayed after (on a Friday mind you) to help me get my unit switched over to Rock Dove. She did it with a smile on her face the whole time.
The unit itself is nice. Really nice area. Tall ceilings, clean. What more could you ask for?!

Would highly recommend this place. Stephanie was more than accommodating for us. Although she had something urgent to go to, she took the time to ensure we had the best experience. We were not sure we would be able to fit all of our things in our original unit, so she was kind enough to show us different units until we found an adequate one. Shanice is the example of what an excellent property manager is like! She went out of her way to help find solutions to work things out with me after falling behind a few months on my rent for the first time in a year and a half of renting with Public Storage. I walked in expecting to speak to a careless dud behind the desk just doing their job since my things were up for Lien sale, but after leaving, she totally changed my mood to feeling positive with her welcoming and bubbly personality because she makes the atmosphere feel that way! She’s very helpful, understanding and will go out of her way to help find you solutions! I felt like I mattered and wasn’t just some customer number to her. She helped me see Public Storage in a positive light again, as a company that values it’s customers by understanding that we all fall on hard times and that they will work with you, especially with how rough things are financially for many people right now! Do not lose her Public Storage!!! She is the management you need to attract and keep your customers!! I was very upset and ready to leave today for good and never look back or recommend it to anyone. I felt this way after speaking with your phone agents who were not at all willing to work with me, not helpful at all, and telling me I had to pay the full amount or lose my stuff in auction in two days, even though this is the first time I’ve fallen behind like this. I was very frustrated and devastated! That really upset me because I didn’t feel they cared to find solutions and to be more helpful. They weren’t willing to work with me to keep from losing my family memories I can’t replace, that’s big! Because of Shanice, I will continue to rent from Public Storage! I had reservations set and ready at a different storage facility and was ready to take my business to them, but she changed my mind! Thank you again Shanice for being the awesome person you are!
