When I first moved into my storage unit some guys from there broke into my storage unit and then acted as if they didn’t know what I was talking about. They broke my lock off and changed it then made me buy another one just to get into my storage unit. That was the first red flag. I’ve recently found out that they sold my unit to the auction after I made payment because I had $50 remaining dollars to pay when I already told them I would pay it so now I will be taking legal actions against them because they sold my stuff illegally here. Do not rent here or you will highly regret it. They do not care about your belongings just their rent and even if you do pay it. They’ll try to get over on you. Tried calling to ask the Property Manager how can I pay it wayyy beforehand. He’s been ignoring all my calls and emails. Very unprofessional services and business. He’s ignorant also so I wouldn’t rent from this location at all. They have big mice to running around everywhere. Be mindful of everything. It is not worth your money at all.

Keep looking! This is not the place to store your belongings. I’m getting out! Follow-up: This facility has demonstrated a disconnect between what is stated and what is done. I regret to report that the professionalism demonstrated during the initial phone call now appears to have been a ruse to hook a prospective customer. Problems encountered at this facility: 1) I arrived on site during regular gate hours during the last Sunday in May 2024. The gate would not open. I entered my code in the keypad. It recognized my information, but the gate never opened. Subsequently, I tried to open the gate using the app, same problem: the gate did not open. I called the number posted SEVERAL times and to this day, two months later, all my voice mail messages have gone unanswered. 2) The sliding hasp on the overhead door to my unit is bent, causing me to have to pound it with the lock EVERY SINGLE time I need to access my unit. I have hurt myself and I continue to struggle to slide the hasp to access my unit. Complaints to the front desk have gone unanswered. The unit remains bent. 3) I placed two calls to the facility on or about 07/17/24. No answer so I left a voicemail message asking for a return call. Today is 07/20/24 and I am still waiting for the courtesy of a return call. Initial review posted below: Now changed from five stars to one. Pitiful! I believe their outgoing recording states “Please leave a message, your call is important to us and we’ll get back to you ASAP“ yada yada yada. Bridgeview: YOU HAVE FAILED CUSTOMER SERVICE 101. YOUR FAILURE TO PROVIDE THE COURTESY OF A RETURN CALL LEADS ME TO BELIEVE NOT SO MUCH! It’s clear that my call is NOT important to you. SHAME ON YOU! Andrew, the property manager at the Burbank, IL location was VERY knowledgeable, professional and courteous. First of all, I commend him for promptly returning my phone call. It was refreshing to speak with someone who was able to answer all my questions with command and confidence. He demonstrated a working knowledge of the process, spoke clearly and was easy to understand. I am hopeful that his level of service is indicative of how that location treats their customers. He is an asset to PS and I look forward to doing business at that location because of his OUTSTANDING customer service. Thank you Drew!

Her name is Dil, she answered all our questions and concerns and even took my mother and myself to see the storage before we could even decide. The storage unit was super clean, quick and easy to get to. Super friendly company and staff, i’m so glad we decided to do business with them. Highly recommended if you’re in the chicago area.

This is hands down the best storage facility I've ever been to. The rep there who happens To be the manager, her name is Dil, she was super nice and knowledgeable. The facility was closing but she stayed behind and helped me to the finish. No complications whatsoever. My storage needs were met today and I could not thank this company and their staff enough.

Sat 04/27/24 - HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I arrived at this facility at 7am. The posted gate access hours are 6am-9pm. I entered my code, the screen welcomed me by name and SUCCESS!, but the gate never opened. Multiple attempts, no luck. I called the 24/7 number and followed the information to use the app. Although I got another “success” response, the gate would not open. Several calls and messages (at least 8!) have not yet been returned. And it’s been 4.5 hours. The failure to respond in a timely fashion demonstrates the lack of customer service; in spite of the automated message, “Your call is important to us…” MY TIME WAS WASTED, I lost money on a truck rental and time was wasted on the help that was lined up! What’s my recourse? Furthermore! The hasp on my unit is crooked and I need to bang it with the lock to move the bolt to open it. EVERY TIME! To open the overhead upon arrival and to secure it upon departure. Mind you, I’m only going on my second month! I reported the problem upon moving in and it remains the same. Another example of the lack of customer service at this facility. Plus the units are dirty. The inside walls need to be swept to remove all the layers of spider webs. The staff may be courteous and professional, but without actions to resolve customer issues, the words are empty and service is deficient.

I've never seen a better customer service, intelligence and kindness. I needed help with my app and entering the facility and Dil was amazing! She resolved that issue for me. She does her job very well and no doubt in my mind that everybody says the same about her. My heart felt thanks goes to you Dil, thank you so much

On 2 occasions i traveled 32 miles from indiana and iI was unable to access my unit due to rolling shutter. Being down with a padlock on it...on five occasions I called the managers phone number I got no answer I left voice mail and NEVER GOT A RESPONSE I finally got ahold of an employee LETTY who reached out to someone who informed her that the shutter still opened with the padlock on it...I THEN BEGAN AND REMOVED MY ITEMS AND CLOSED MY ACCOUNT...IN MY OPINION THIS IS NOT A Way TO RUN A BUSINESS I TRULY HOPE NO ONE ELSE HAS THE EXPERIENCE THAT I HAD...

As a first time renter of a storage unit i found LETY to be extremely helpful. She was able to set me up with a unit within minutes. She is a keeper and I’m grateful for her services. She made me feel comfortable about my choice!
