Wow! Was having the worst time getting any help. I have been trying to get someone here to answer. Tried one last time (I was ready to leave this unit and go somewhere else for good). Dustin was so helpful. I called and he was not even from this location but he helped me and I am thrilled. If I have any other issues, he is the one I will have to call and ask for. Like I said, wow. I hope he teaches others how to help customers. Thank you, Dustin.

Bought a unit
I made a mistake with my rental reservation and went to the wrong address. Tracy helped me fix the mistake and even managed to get me a refund. She was great!
I will never again rent space from Public Storage. The local mgt of their facilities told me that they would prorate the rent if you moved out during the month. When they raised my rates from $183/month to $220/month it was time to move (we started at $90/month). I exited on Jan. 3rd after they had taken an autopayment for the month of Jan on Jan. 2nd and they refuse to refund any of the $220. Highway robbery and TERRIBLE customer service! Shame on me for trusting this company at their word.
UPDATE:
The manager reached out to me and refunded my money for January rent. She restated their policy but said since I had been told something different from the local staff she would make it right. I appreciate her professionalism and resolving my complaint. I’m changing my rating from 1 star to 4 stars. The rest of my experience with Public storage was fine. Yes they raised the rent which eventually led to me moving out but this is not unique to Public storage in the storage market.

I just wanna start by saying that Public Storage looks like it’s the greatest place we’ve had since we’ve been in the Eagle area/Meridian. We love it in this area since we’ve been with Public Storage going on a week now it’s safe 24 supervision, the staff are great. They’re on top of things. They make sure that you’re comfortable with your storage unit, and it’s just a great atmosphere for families all around. If you decide to come to public storage, I’m telling you right now. It’s a great place and I’ve also noticed no mouse droppings any sort. It’s very. Clean. I couldn’t do it any better. I’m very happy here. Thank you, Public Storage.
