This is just one of a multitude of issues that occur every time we use this storage facility. I'll be looking for somewhere else for my storage needs...

Chanda and Bran are amazing I promise I couldn’t do it without their HELP. I first met Chanda about a month ago at their unit by Walmart just up the street from this one. Chanda told me she didn’t have anything available for my likings but there’s an availability down the street at this current location. She even told me it was a great time for me to move everything in with the BOGO they have at the time😁 When I tell she’s a big help and great at her job she’s THE BEST😄 I met Bran at my current location we’re my stuff is stored right across Home Depot and she was amazing too. I have a unit there. I went by to get some items for my new appartment. I had problems in the past putting my elevator code in quick enough, but I have finally worked that out and like the security aspect of quickly entering the code now.

I have had to use storage units on and off in my my career, however this public storage location was hands down the best one I have ever used. The location and price was great and the staff was really helpful. Tip of the hat to Bran, she made my PCS packout really easy. Thanks again for everything

Went to drop off something at the facility on 17 Jan 2021 at around 2:30pm. When the elevator door opened, a half naked guy was sitting on the floor and seemed high on something. I had to ask him to leave so I can use the elevator, because the other elevator door won’t open. While inside the elevator, I smelled something and got light headed. Then when I got to my unit, there’re scratches and bent metal on the side wall by locks. I went to the front office to report what I saw, but no staff was inside.

We went to rent a space last Sunday and we were helped by Louis. His customer service was on point and was very please with our transaction. We then again went back to rent another unit because the 1st one was too small so reserved a bigger one. Thinking that we would have 2 spaces until the end of the month when we were to close one, it was not the case. Louis explained that he was able to provide another option which was even better than what we had expected. SO AWESOME AND WENT BEYOND WHAT WE EXPECTED! Now THATS 200% if you ask me. He took the time to explain the options and gave me the figures to decide. He cared more than just renting a space, he cared about the customer and how it would save them money! Everything cost so much these days that it took me by surprise that he went to great lengths to help us. GREAT JOB LOUIS!!!!!

Service and facilities are well beyond anything we expected! A very big thanks to Louis & George for all the service they provided. My wife & I dropped by a week before we committed to renting and left more than impressed, ESPECIALLY with the staff. This was the most important thing for us in looking for a unit as trust is no doubt an important factor with storage for us. That day both George & Louis were very patient and extremely helpful in showing and helping find the right unit for us. Dropped by a week later to finalize unit and move some things in and service was just as good as the first day! Highly Recommended! A++++

I have to say one of the easiest process I have ever experienced. The staff all seemed professional. Bryce was the team member who handled my tour, checkin and paperwork,was very friendly and answered all my questions. In fact on my moved in day I discovered that the unit I anticipated renting( 5X10) had just been rented. So with a sinking feeling I got the bad news but with a smile Bryce said the good news was he is able to accommodate me with a larger unit (7X10) for the same price!!!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I highly recommend this company and if possible ask for Bryce he will certainly make the process seamless.

Recently got our storage locker broken in and no thanks to the property manager for sense of urgency to view cameras since we all know gotta be someone who knows the code or has access to the area. So as a consumer, swift action is to file a police report, claim to what was stolen and found a better storage area with great customer service and ratings. For those who are looking for storage, don’t go to the Public storage next to Home Depot in Pearl City, per Police officer, that storage area gets Burglarized to often and they don’t recommend that area.

Ra'shanda was the best at helping me with my move in today and def should be at a higher position. Overall my storage needs got fulfilled at a discounted price. I'm happy that this move in was easy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Terrible experience with this Public Storage. Do not rent from here if your expecting good customer service and the basic mail services every other storage company on island already offers. Rented a unit from this location because its employee assured me they would hold small packages in their office. A week later they went back on that. Then the regional manager said they would temporarily hold the packages already en route. The staff went back on this as well. They cost me money and time and still had the gall to charge me. I would have worked this out with them but they did not return calls. This public storage team is not effective. They don’t communicate, don’t know their own policies, it’s apparent the staff hate their jobs when you speak with them and public storage lack basic amenities. Why go here?

Please stay away!!! I don’t like to write bad reviews but I need to warn potential patrons that this facility is experiencing a rash of burglary and theft. They noticed the cross bar was missing above the door of our unit on the second floor more than 30 days ago. They logged that they tried to call us but our phone records from Version show no such call ever came through. There was no attempt to call us again until 32 days after the first attempt. After thieves had had all the time they wanted to go in and out of our unit by climbing over the door and passing out our valuables and sentimental items. After 30 days the problem has still not been corrected. We are out many valuable items but it’s just stuff, we have the Lord Jesus. I am sure the people working there are well intentioned but it seems like red tape and an incorporative home office are hindering their ability to fix problems and upgrade the needed security. I advise you all to stay away.

Stolen......Friendly staff, but the owner or manager never gets in touch with me when I get this kind of thing. Stolen from the second floor. Recommended for other safe places. Estimated loss of about $ 3,000. I am still using now. Additional stolen victims were identified. I Will leave asap.

If I could leave zero I would. I put my things in storage here for deployment and when I returned literally EVERYTHING was either stolen or destroyed. I've lost literally everything I owned. The guy working was horrible and when I told him all my stuff was stolen he looked at me and told me to call the cops and that he had to go to the bank. He then proceeded to lock the office and leave. He was absolutely zero help with anything. This place is trash. Security here is obviously trash. Go somewhere else.

What a GREAT place to rent! I have been a renter for several years and love their security, operation hours, automatic monthly billing and the people. Recently I decided to downsize my unit since I am moving. What a fun experience. I met three wonderful PS employees - Louis, Sylvia and Maria. They made the transition between units extremely easy. Louis found me another unit that was only 20 feet from my old unit so the move was very easy. Final checkout by Sylvia and Maria went smooth as silk. I am a recent Public Storage locker renter and I was amazed at the online offer they gave me. When I went to reserve a new locker, I had recently left another storage locker facility that had limited parking space available and the rents continued to increase. I made my reservation for the 1st of Oct 2018 and I met with one of the associates Sarah Lavatai and she helped me through the process of transitioning to the new facility. even though there were other customers waiting she took the time to explain in detail everything I would need to know that I was not familiar with, example: calling the elevator and waiting for the door to open before entering my keycode. She acted in a very professional and courtious manner despite the stress of taking care of all the customers waiting behind me. Thank U Sarah for your patience under fire.

We had a great experience with the Pearl City location. Spent 4 years in two different units. It was simple to set-up, switch units, and close out our contract when we were able to consolidate our belongings. Accessible hours and access are really convenient. It's also nice that this location is next door to a home improvement store! Thanks to the great customer service here, we'd recommend this Public Storage to anyone!

So I came to Public Storage to ask questions like any detective would for information. I was told by an inside source to ask for John or Krysten, because they was the most cooperative. As I arrived, to the front counter, I met with John. Real great guy, he gave me all the info toward their company and why I should be an customer. My mind really wasn’t made up, till I spoke with Krysten. She just kept giving leads after leads about how great the storage prices are and etc. It was like the cold case, that no one has ever witnessed before. I had all the leads and evidence to make mind up on which Storage company, I was going to be an customer of. This is how I became an Customer Public Storage. The prices are unbeatable and the units are incomparable, and the tension never settles with their climate control.

Johnathan is an amazing and knowledgeable person, always friendly and helpful. I wish all managers were like him, it would make life much more easier with less stress. Your facilities are very clean, easy to get to. Four stars!

The staff was very friendly and helpful with all my questions. Being able to complete a lot of the paperwork online helped make the in-person process a lot quicker. All the paperwork was explained and I was very pleased with the whole process.

The team at this location, did a excellent service to locating a storage for our need, with the shortness of time , they worked together immediately, got a space size to fit our need. As we began to move into our rental home, we needed to downsize our storage space. Again, they helped us to find another storage space to fit our need. The team of Jon, Silvia and Anglina , were professional in knowing the business and friendly at our time there. Thanks, to them our experience was great. We will always use the location again.

Fast and Easy

Received great customer service from Sylvia, Kathy and Jon. They answered all my questions, were pleasant to work with and made my transition back to Hawaii an enjoyable one.

They lied to me and my wife about prorated charges. The first month for a dollar is a SCAM. It's actually $50 after they add additional charges There was Rat poison packets in the locker.... The staff is rude. Kathy and Sylvia provided no customer service support. Heed the warning and take your business to a friendlier and probably cheaper storage warrhouse. See more

Her co-worker was helpful too as I returned later that day making my visit back pleasant, easy going with retrieving a cart. Adrienne was a consummate professional and went above and beyond to help a last minute deployer. She was diligent in every aspect and extremely professional. She dropped everything to make sure my room was ready and when it wasn't big enough, she found a more suitable room. Firm but fair, wonderful experience, stellar lady.

John called me back quickly and is friendly and professional. He was able to work with me in changing my online reservation to a larger unit I requested the day I moved in with no problem. Both John and Kathy have been awesome with customer service. knowledgable in recommending ways to pack items to prevent damage, hawaii public storage offers a selection of reasonably priced packing supplies. This location only offers indoor units with elevator access. the facility well maintained, very clean and and secure I highly recommend it.

My monthly automatic payment to Public Storage glitched a few days ago. The staff at PS Pearl City (Kamehameha Hwy) thoughtfully called to remind me. When I went in to pay and fix my account yesterday, employees Katherine and Sylvia we're welcoming, empathic, courteous, efficient, and professional! Not to mention, they saved me the $50 late fee! Kudos to PS Hawaii management for building a great team there. Between Aiea and Pearl City/Kamehameha Public Storage locations, I've been a customer for about 20 years. I hope to continue for another 20! Mahalo and aloha.

It's our first time to get a storage space and didn't expect anything but to get a space that we reserve online, but when we got there Jon, Kathy, and Sylvia went beyond expectation, by providing us better offer and a very best friendly customer service. NANCY AND KATHY and are so nice here at the pearl city public storage. I came here to rent because of Wayne from ewa beach public storage was so rude to me on the phone yesterday that's yhe reason I needed to change location. If he does not change his attitude he will loose more customers there. Public storage upper msnagement you need to think twice on who you want to run the ewa beach location. I had a small storage unit there. The set up was easy. The price was reasonable. The facility was clean and had enough carts to make moving my stuff up and down the elevator easy. Unethical corporation, after agreeing to rent a unit for a month and clearing out, I found out that they were trying to charge another month, months after I left.

Came in to rent out a small storage space in the pearl city Public Storage and Nancy was there to help me and my husband find a small storage perfect enough for our boxes with the right price and it wasn't too big. Nancy greeted us very professionally and she was very nice and was very detailed about the lease, insurance, policy, rules and regulations as well as the locks and what we can and cannot do in the storage space. She also tested us to see if we could open the elevator correctly which I think many people aren't intelligent enough to open correctly. She warned us about a few things we needed to be aware of. She was wonderful and she showed us the pet chickens outside and she called them and they came running towards us as we threw pieces of crackers at them hahaha.

Customer service from Jon was excellent and always a helping hand. 5 star is a MUST!!!
