Newly built storage facility. So automation systems. Survey surveillance systems flawless full coverage zero blind spots is a plus and there is human interaction which is nice for a change. The Property Manager Ken was great, professional, knowledgeable and expedited the whole process. Also stayed late to make sure i was all taken care of. I also am impressed by a low profile Public Storage sign. 5 stars all around. Highly recommended.

-------Initial review of inquiring about units and the process I experienced securing a unit ----- Great experience from start to finish. I initially reserved a unit online, but was unable to complete my purchase through the website. Support put in a request for someone at the local facility to give me a call, and Joanne reached out to me within about 15 minutes of that call. She was able to pull my reservation, assist with confirming the unit size I needed, validate all of my details / requirements, walk me through finishing the process step by step live on the phone (took a little bit longer than it should have because I missed a very obvious tick box on the confirmation page I was sent. Otherwise the confirmation part would have taken about 15 seconds), and was extremely professional, patient, and knowledgeable. Honestly it's people like Joanne that are the biggest influence on my decisions to buy new services/products/stay with providers. People like her (not just at this company, but anywhere honestly) are what keep companies afloat, and the ones that deserve recognition. +10 points to Public Storage for hiring people that provide top tier customer service. ----Again this a review of the pre-process / acquiring process, not a review of the actual unit or location (Yet. That is to follow).----

Andrea was the most helpful property manager! She explained everything as she walked me through the process of renting a unit and it was super quick! Brand new facility! Would highly recommend.

I was told when renting my units (I have 5) that Public Storage doesn't raise rates for 6 months and then there is normally a 3 months buffer of increased rates, upon request, issued directly from the on site agents. I just received an update that my monthly storage rent is going up more than 40% in month 4. While Andrea and Shay are amazing, they have no control over price increases and can no longer offer than 3 month buffer. And while their customer service is top notch, Public Storage has tied their hands and their owner hands so I have no choice but to provide a review for this particular facility as I have been negatively affected by this price increase. I knew I needed these storage units for more than a year and asked if I could pre purchase a year in advance initially to hold my price. I was also told I could not do this. This industry is beyond pitiful and specifically Public Storage. I would highly suggest sticking with Mom and Pop facilities or those who are willing to work with good customers. If I had the choice of choosing another company, I absolutely would and now I'm on the journey to do just that. The business philosophy that Public Storage represents TAKES ADVANTAGE of people. It's one of the worst business models I've seen in a long time. Quite disappointing. I highly suggest choosing any other company you can. This is the perfect example of when someone/an entity has power and they choose to use that power for evil. Steer clear if you can. If you can't, make sure to leave an honest review. The more people who leave negative reviews, the more Public Storage and those who utilize this same predatory business model will consider changing for the better. There's absolutely a way to make good money and not take advantage. The way Public Storage does business is not that way. It's like surge pricing. And I urge all those reading this to immediately boycott any business that utilizes surge pricing. Oh yeah, and if you have to use Public Storage, whatever you do, don't rent a 10x20. Just rent 2+ smaller units that equal a 10x20. This is how they take advantage of people. Your price WILL go up sooner if you choose the larger unit and for a crazy new price. It will also be easier to move units when they raise your rate. It's really quite a despicable business model.

Shea was always pleasant and customer service was on point.

Tried to sign up for a unit, but they would only allow you to proceed if you accept their insurance, even if you have your own. They will let you cancel it, but you have to accept it first. Very scammy and very poor buisness practice.

Andrea at Public Storage is the best. I had an excellent experience with the employees at this location, especially Andrea. I had to move into a smaller unit after the majority of my items were moved out. I needed help moving my things to the smaller unit. Andrea helped me although these were large and heavy appliances. I don’t know how I would have done it without her help. The building is neat, clean and I always felt safe at every visit. I recommend this business to anyone that needs storage space.

Much better customer service and overall perks at this location then that of the U-Haul Storage we’re moving from!

Nice facility. However, be aware they control the ability to raise your rent at any time. This is not relating to introductory rates, I mean your normal monthly rate. After about 5 months at this facility, they increased my rent by 25% for both units.

My rent has increased over 100% in less than 2 years. There's a unit same size online for less than half of what I'm paying.Same location. The beginning price is even less than that. First, I would like to say that the facility is very clean. However, the person working in the front office was very disorganized and was not super helpful. She almost seemed put out by my being there. I had completed all of the information and already paid online. The first time I went (during business hours) the door was locked with no notification on the door of when the person would be back to unlock the door. I went back about an hour later and got the code for the gate. When I tried to enter the code, it didn't work. When I went back to the office (literally 10 feet away), the door was locked again. I left and came back about 20 minutes later, and spoke to the person working and it took several tries for to try to get the gate to work. My biggest frustration was that the door seemed to be locked frequently and that there was no indication of when the person would be back. That would have helped because then I would've known when to come back.

Signed up today and we really like the facility. The entrance and loading area is very spacious, the facility is immaculate, and the units are easy to access. Zach was incredibly helpful in helping us select the right unit and getting us signed up. I was very pleased with the rental cost for a 10 x 15 unit. It was $50 cheaper than an identical unit at another place we looked at. I highly recommend.

Came in and have never experienced a more knowledgeable employee as Zach. He explained everything so clearly. Quickly, showing our unit…honest. We were in and out in 30 minutes. He showed interest in us also. Just a great experience! Thank you Zach and Public Storage We did not want to spend our whole Father’s Day here! Beautiful storage facility !
