During a stressful 12 hr drive from FL to GA, we arrived at Public storage and were very pleased with the customer service, Passion provided. She was knowledgeable, helpful and made things easy for us. She went above and beyond. I ran out of water and asked if there were any machines around where I can purchase some. Absolutely horrendous... My friend and I were here for almost two hours for what could have been a twenty minute ordeal. First of all, we could not find our unit given inadequate signage, lack of instructions in the email I received, and basically no help from the employee working the office. We went back and forth across the street (there are two sections to the lot) probably five or six times due to the wrong gate code, passcodes for doors not working, etc. We were on a time crunch because my friend had to work soon (we had left with plenty of time, but all of these issues made us very late) and because I was leaving the state the next day. The employee finally drove over to the other lot to help us with the door to my unit. He, too, could not unlock it, and said it must be a maintenance issue. I asked how long this would take to be resolved, and he gave me no real answer, saying he had no idea how long it would take maintenance to come out and fix the door. I then asked him if there were any other units available, so we drove back across the street to the office to check. I told him I would even be fine with a bigger unit if that's all they had, I just needed a place to store my items before I left the next day -- I would be willing to pay more. He said he would not make me pay, and then got on the phone to discuss the issue with the door while finding me another unit, a conversation he carried on until we left the office. I was charged $66 on top of what I'd paid for the other unit. My new one was not clean but adequate, although the door was almost impossible to open. We threw all of my items in as fast as possible, but my friend was STILL late to work. Very disappointed by my experience and the lack of concern shown by the employee who worked with me.

Great experience using this location. The property management team is top notch. They are very attentive and if they aren't immediately available, they will always call you back in a timely manner. I never had an issue with accessing the property or unit, and the online/text notification set up was very helpful and informative. Will definitely use this storage location in the future.

Everyone in the comments are telling lies this place is awful they have low prices for a reason for everyone moving out there belongings please check all your items for tear Mark's claw Mark's and rat droppings our unit in the 1300 was infested with rats we had our things there for over 3 months opened it up and rats were running around everywhere we had no food in it the rats tore up all of our furniture and clothes and had rat droppings and urine everywhere please I recommend no one get a storage from here

I kept my stuff in here for 6 months. I went in to my storage and a ton of my belongings were ate up by rats. I then found rat poisoning packages in the storage meaning somebody went in my storage. This is a real review.

I wish 0 stars was an option. This place is rat infested and the manager is very rude and she lies! I believe her name is Eva but she’s the older lady who has grey hair. They are expecting me to pay for a month after they placed their lock on the unit when my movers moved my belongings. Please splurge on the newer, nicer, climate controlled facilities. I’ve had to pay for upholstery cleaning and I was so afraid to use my things that I’ve had to buy new kitchen essentials. Just Gross! Hopefully they go out of business since the neighbor has had an influx of new facilities!

Today I came in looking for some boxes and prices on units. I had came in with the intention of not finding what I was looking for until Alyssa greeted me with a friendly smile and inquired what it was I needed. After showing me the unit and some box prices she Informed me that once I applied what to expect from the company. The way she had so much knowledge, professionalism and charisma I knew that the management must be very involved with their staff. She spoke very highly of the company and kept reassuring that renting from Public Storage would be my safest and most affordable route than any other competitor. I will be coming back to this location thanks to Ms. Alyssa! She made me feel very welcomed, she showed me how loyalty in this company is more than an advertisement and I hope that I can have an opportunity to work with the company as well and be able to give the same reassurance that Public Storage is the best option all around!! I came in for an inquiry today and Alyssa was extremely helpful! She had answers to everything i asked. As soon as i walked in i was greeted and she had a beautiful smile as if she were waiting my arrival. I didn't expect to be so welcomed and assisted so pleasantly here at Public Storage! Eva was very helpful. She showed me several units and helped me find the best deal. However, I did have a problem gaining access to the property when I returned the next day at 7:00 am to use the storage unit. The gate was not activated and would not open.

I had never needed a storage unit before, so I, like most people, looked for storage providers with lots and lots of really great reviews. I knew there was a Public Storage right by the Kroger I shop at, and it was ideally located between the house I lived at, and the property I just closed on. I called and made an appointment after reserving a unit online, and met Keli later that day. Friendly and professional, she made everything easy, and I felt totally comfortable with the safety and security of the items I stored there. I only needed the unit for about a month, and it was a couple of days after I had moved my belongings to my new place before I had time to call to let Public Storage know that I no longer needed the unit. I was pleasantly surprised when Keli pulled up my account and advised me that she had seen that the lock was removed (which you keep for future usage) for multiple cycles (they check all units twice a day), she realized that my move was complete, and stopped billing on my account (I was already paid in full for the month). Talk about awesome service! Moving is hard. Public Storage is easy. Excellent business model, great Company, OUTSTANDING service. Thanks, Keli!

I love it first month rent was $1 plus admin fees. The staff is friendly especially Ms. Eva who was very helpful on more than one visit. This location is always clean and very easy to access.

Keli was very friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to talk to her and she had all the information I needed. She was professional and efficient as well. The location seems to be very secure, no frills but also reasonably priced.

Kind of pricey for non climate controlled storage. But the attendant Eva is really helpful and got me squared away in a jiffy.

If I could give no stars, I would. The service was slow and unhelpful. I was locked out of the gate system and my unit when I desperately needed to move into my college dorm from my unit and NO ONE could assist me. The national office was useless and the local manager was the one who locked me out "for unpaid rent" despite having paid for three months in advance. I was not notified of the necessary procedures for getting a unit or moving out and was charged an extra month's rent as a result. A storage company that makes you buy the separate lock for your unit from their office is a company of gutless thieves. Never again.

Ms EVA is a very nice lady.

I had never rented a storage before so this is my first experience. When I arrived at Public Storage Eva made me feel very welcome and before I paid for anything she let me see the storage to make sure it was okay. It's only been a day but I'm sure I will have no problem with this Public Storage because I can already tell Eva is the best !

Ms Eva the rep was amazing great customer service and a friendly nature ...I had a reservation problem due to the site maintaince she went in and did her best to call every one she could and satisfy me with great service and also provided me da same rent for my storage as it was mentioned on the website

Eva was very helpful! We caught her just before she was going to clean up the site. Eva helped answer our questions and gave examples to help us better understand situations. We originally thought we would need a much larger unit than we actually got. Because of this, Eva was very patient with us and was more than willing to show us several spaces. We're very glad we went with this Public Storage.

I visited the property and the manger was very polite and very informative. The manager on duty at the time was Miss Eva. She was very helpful and took time to explain everything. You need more manners like Miss Eva

I had originally planned on renting a 5x5. Ms. Eva took me to look at a unit and we both decided that I definitely needed to go up to the next size. She was extremely friendly! The inside of the units (and halls) were clean, and that made me feel a lot better about my property being there. I would definitely recommend!!!

I am a long time user of this storage facility, and recommend this location highly. It is convenient, clean, and well lighted. Eva, the manager, ALWAYS goes above and beyond the call of duty to take care of her customers. She is very professional as well as very personable, and makes renting a unit at this location a pleasure and not just a necessity.
