Excellent customer service. I had an issue with the unit I rented online because it wasn’t the size I expected, so I went to the office and asked if I could have a different unit. They don't have 24 hour access. That's the only drawback. Other then that they have great security. I left my unit unlocked and they noticed the same day and put their own locks on there for me. Helpful and friendly staff.
Use the app to unlock the gate. It's much easierthan the 10 digit random code they generate for you.
