I received great service from Jaedan very professional and the place was nice and clean

Ordered online… once I got here they claimed the smell was from spraying but in reality RATS RATS RATS! They are so infested with rats all my brand new stuff was chewed through and pissed on.. there’s ray poop everywhere… and they blame the tenants.

Absolutely awful. I rented a space here for three months. In those three months a rat was present in my unit, there was rat poop everywhere. There were also bed bugs that got into my mattress cover, & it was a brand new mattress. Do NOT store your things here. Additionally, the “air conditioned” units are often warm or hot. The office is well aware of the issues too. Please save yourself the stress & time & go somewhere else.

Expensive storage. No carts 2 help load and no restrooms.

Had my stuff in a unit here for less than a month and when I got everything out it was infested with rats, spiders, and ants. Please don’t put your stuff in here. The office knows and continues to allow people to rent here.

I reserved the unit online. Right away I receive a call from Kira. I had so many questions because I’m moving to Tampa and needed the space but couldn’t get down to the facility for a week. She let me know I can finish the rental online and even walked me through it. It was so easy and she was so nice about it. When I went down to the unit a week later the storage was clean and I even got greeted by kira as she was walking by. I have rented storages in the past but by far I was so surprised and the great customer service provided here. Knowledgeable staff and super friendly. Thanks kira for all the help. Highly recommend it.

The office staff is great…but the overwhelming amount of rat infestation is a bit much for me. It wasn’t always like that I’m going on two years with this storage location. They have raised rent which is understandable with inflation but haven’t taken care of the problem with the rats. I have an inside unit and I’m afraid not knowing it my tv boxes have been eaten through or not. I’m currently looking for a new storage with

Some people really make a difference, This Public Storage is by far one of the best that I have dealt with and the workers surely make a difference, Today I had the pleasure of interacting with Nyssa, She truly understood the meaning of customer service, well organized and very professional, I have dealt with this agent before and each time she was very Wonderful so I had to take the time out to Commend her for the awesome job she has been doing, Nyssa is always working whenever I see her. I remember once I had reported to her about some insect droppings that was left in the hallway and by the time I went to my storage unit and pass back that way the entire hallway was clean as a whistle.

BEWARE of LATE FEE for the confuse monthly prorate that staff wont explain to you. Regard what they you start, the rate will charge to the end of month but they only take the payment for your next month. (See picture below) So I come in on Jan 28, 2022, they charge for the month which you will assume it end on Feb 27, 2022. However, from Feb 1 to 4, I got 3 calls for late payment after 3 days rent. After talk to manager, she finally explain the proration after 30 min questioning. Staff will nice enough not taking the 3 days payment now. I forgot to make the 10.93 prorate by Feb 27, it cost me 40.93 now. Just beware of this billing system. Billing payment online is not easy either.

When I returned to turn in my key I was greeted by her again and I can honestly say I will be back if I’m ever in need of a storage and will definitely recommend this location to family and friends in the future. The only good thing I have to say about this location is the lady Julissa who works there and her customer service. As for the rest of the employees etc this location sold everything in my unit during the pandemic I am a disabled veteran who was a month and a couple weeks behind on rent and asked for them to stop the auction and wait 2 days until I got paid. They refused to work with me and told me their was nothing they could do . Mind you I have paid every month since August. They were very unempathetic rude and unprofessional. The district manager was condescending in telling me the pandemic has been going on for a year and time to get back to buisness. As if some people are not still struggling because of the pandemic. My children and I were left homeless because of the pandemic so for her to say as if the pandemic is over is insensitive to say the least. They also raised the rent of ALL storage unit last month out of nowhere. My rent was $80 a month how is my balance over $300 for falling 30 something days behind.? They also sold my unit for less then $100 so that didn't even satisfy the balance. I don't understand how any of this is ethical. All my baby pictures, personal documents, bank statements, birth certificates going to whoever during a time where frauds and scams are at an all time high ..everything gone every single possession my kids and I had left to our name sold. Smh I would not recommend them at all go to a mom and pop storage that will work with you and has some basic human compassion..

So why I went to my storage and they had it locked and I paided my monthly bill so me and my husband stop the young lady on her way out to lunch but seem like she wasn't to happy but I asked her can you tell me why there's a lock on my unit and it was paid before time? She checked the computer and she said she didnt understand why it was locked it said it was paided. So if I would have came to my storage and no one was there it would have been a problem for me I need to go and get a storage at the u-hale place on 56 anyway cause they go up on the prices they act like they don't want to help with nothing. But anyway my point find somewhere else to go for your storage spaces

If every company had an employee like Jalysa, they would never have complaints. She was very helpful in assessing our needs and coming up with the perfect solution. She was genuinely concerned for us and her personality was off the charts. Every company could only hope to find a Jalysa and she really puts the “customer” back in customer service. the woman in the front named Whitney was outstanding. if I could give her a raise myself I would she was so patient and helpful with my family and I during the whole chaotic mess with us trying to move and needing extra storage space. She gave us advice about making sure we pay on time and if we want to be stop using the storage to make sure everything is out the day before payment is due because they will charge. she went above and beyond explaining everything in steps and I really appreciate her for all she's done for us. the least I could do is write a simple review for her. Made a reservation at this location and when I go up there whomever was working today needed a 3hr break out of the office. How are you supposed to run a business if you aren't there to run it. Called twice no answer. Horrible customer service at this location. Choose a different one.
