I’ve been renting a 10x10 storage unit for a couple of months at this location and I am beyond pleased with the services provided here by such an incredible staff. They are energetic and willing to answer all the questions I had with this being my first time using a storage unit.

Savanna was supper helpful and friendly! She made sure i understood the rental agreement and where my unit was located. Highly recommend this place! Very clean building and kind staff.

Your forced to get insurance it doesn't say anything about it in the price but in the fine print says you get 30 days free and then your enrolled automatically. I was told by the manager guy a month or two ago when I asked how much notice I had to give before I switched he said he could do it the same day. My bill has been due the 3rd or 4th of each month for more than a year I went in the first a few days early and was told that day was my new billing date and that I would be charged that day even if I moved out I was forced to pay 258 he said he couldn't do anything about it. when the online price for the same unit I was gonna switch to was 120 ish. He said he could see if he can do anything for my bill and said he can do 20 off but he never applied it. I was going to rent another storage unit and switch today but I tried to get the pro rated amount from the lady for next month so I'm not charged now and again in two weeks something close to what id be charged now and was told I had to come in for an appointment or when I did it online it would tell me and I could cancel if I didn't like it. I wanted it in email since the first guy made it seem like it wouldn't be a problem and it was. I shouldn't have to pay to find out and then cancel if I don't like what my next bill due amount says that would be in less than two weeks. Also I went a few weeks back and a homeless guy is living inside. He had trash all over the place out front but inside the gate. I helped him tape his box up and told him pick up after himself gave him a bottle of water and he asked for money lol that was when I first arrived which was why I asked him to pick up after himself. then I had to leave my vehicle and go inside. I have an alarm do you? I'm gonna end up moving out since my bill is so high and if I have to move my stuff to get a better deal I might as well switch places for half my stuff that needs to be conditioned and find another deal on an enclosed trailer for the rest

Had a great move in experience. I rented online. Everything was setup when I arrived to store my items. I didn't need the lock that they provided so I stopped by the office and returned it. Spoke with Lisa who was very nice. She posted a refund for the returned lock. She gave me some valuable tips on storage rentals for the future.

**Just so you know when looking at these reviews, ALL OF THEM ARE PERTAINING TO THE OLD COMPANY they bought out, Storage Sense, not Public Storage. New company, new people, new rules, new management, and new tacked on prices are not what any of these reviews are about. They are all about the previous company which is very misleading. Since they've taken it over, I've met a stream of folks leaving for other storage facilities due to the drop in quality, addressed concerns, and a highly indifferent and rude manager (Nicolas)(Hes like a slimy snake oil salesman who is indifferent to your real concerns and is only focused on making a sale and filling a unit; completely different from the previous management.). I too have left due to the same reasons I hear everyone complaining about. Before looking at this location I'd highly recommend looking at other facilities as we all have done with better pricing, no forced insurance payments, and better management. If I could give a negative star review I most certainly would, as would many others.

Everyone was amazingly helpful and place was always clean

I used Storage Sense twice in the last year and a half. Facility was always in great shape. When I cleaned my stuff out last week I had the pleasure of meeting the manager, Damian Beach. He is FANTASTIC! Give him a bonus and a raise and clone him! You are lucky to have such an amazing human working for you.

Damien was very helpful whenever I was there. He kept the place clean organice a basically immaculate. Very helpful at all times.

We we greeted by the staff as we came in to the office, he was very polite and knowledgable - He found out what our need was and put us in a unit that is perfect for what we need to store. Before leaving we were given all the pertinent information we needed such as hours , gate code and after hours contact info.

Have climate controlled units but only issue of entire move was the door to facility wasn’t wide enough to place our brand new refrigerator with glass doors and 2 bottom bins. Sidnt want to dismantle late at night. So have to store outside at son’s home until our home built. Otherwise happy.

Manager Damian is great. Always keeps me posted of gate issues.

Everything went smoothly getting a rental unit. The storage sense account I set up didn't recognize me or my assigned unit number. Come to find out my email address had been accidentally entered incorrectly. Damien helped out and got everything fixed. Very nice people and very helpful. Nice facility. Thank you.

Damien made all the different when signing me up for my unit. I was looking at a few storage facilities; however, Damian had the best customer service a and that is why I chose your location. Thank you for excellent customer service!

People really Nice!!

Front Gates broken several times, they keep raising rates with no explanation within a year look somewhere else better places to go. Air conditioning doesn’t work in some of the storage areas and charge extra for it.
