I rent two units at this property. The prices are much more competitive than many in the area and Tammy is always ready with a quick smile and a helpful hand. Ignore the poor reviews from people who have been thrown out for violating their rental agreements In various ways.

Today Desmond called to confirm and finalize my reservation for a storage unit. (I thought I had already confirmed it online last night). I am so very happy that he called, because it turns out I did not have a climate control unit like I thought I had. Desmond was very helpful and patient with me. We walked through why I needed a unit and what were my requirements. We ended up with a different unit that serves all my needs and includes an emergency contact, if needed. I am a retired professional, and take Customer Service very seriously. Desmond checked all the boxes and I would recommend him to anyone who asked.
My sister and her husband were victims of Hurricane Helene and had a hard time finding an air conditioned storage unit nearby. The closest availability was at this Palmetto facility, store #22125. They actually reserved 3 units until the necessary amount of space was determined. Once the moving truck got to this facility, the movers started unloading in the larger 10x15 unit. Turns out, the other two 5x10 units were not needed. Michael, the Manager at this facility, zeroed out their balances on these two units immediately. Michael also was the person who responded to FEMA when confirmation of their rental was necessary. His phone call was mandatory, in order for FEMA to consider reimbursing my them for moving/storage expenses. The entire experience went very smoothly. My sister does not have a Google account, so I am submitting this on behalf of her and my brother-in-law. They highly recommended this facility.

Found them online... and prices are very reasonable if you reserve or rent online. They also happened to be running a $1 for the 1st month special, so it was kinda a no brainer... Anyways the property seems very well kept and managed. Mike the property manager explained everything well and showed me the unit, which can come climate control or not depending on your budget and need. The unit was clean and didn't have any smells or signs of present or past pest issues, So far it seems to be the perfect fit for me and hopefully this review will stand the test of time.
So thankful for Mike and Ileana for helping me with my storage space. Each time I have called they have been friendly and helpful. Really appreciate them and the job that they do!
We have been using this facility since March and absolutely love the agent Mike that is there. We have had to make some changes in spots and he has gone above and beyond to assure we were taken care of He always returns my calls with answers to all my questions. The place is so clean and the prices are just right. I’m so happy we found this place right around the corner from our home.

Lots of room for covered storage. Covered parking storage for RV's, large trailers, large trucks. Also lots of storage in many different sizes both oli side and out. Friendly staff and also very safe and secure with large gated entrance and surrounding fences. Key code to enter or exit.
I went in to get an idea of what kind of storage I needed and ended up getting a spot for my trailer as well.

Highly recommended absolutely flawless! The counterman returned my call immediately listen to my needs set me up immediately, after getting to know the counter Men Jimmy kept contact with me for possible upgrades as per my request. When one was made available he contacted me directly for an upgrade. Worked hand in hand with me was patient with my needs and made a few exceptions to make our storage more accessible. Truly cannot say enough about this place it was clean all the time with high security and high standards fenced-in area cameras everywhere. We utilized a 13 x 20 unit and a covered storage for our trailer and could not have been happier. Highly recommended
AMPLE ROOM for multiple vehicles and semis to move safely through the lot without affecting other tenants. We received a couple semi loads of bicycles and pallets very easily in and out a gated community extremely safe. Our unit held over 100 bicycles easily with leftover room.
HIGH-END STORAGE, there were high-end motorhomes and boats safely securely parked within this facility along with the amount of bicycles that we had we never had a fear due to the cameras security and electric gates.
The management upfront Jimmy and his partner were very attentive and cared for everyone daily through the facility you could see them inspecting all of the units, and outdoor security vehicles making a checklist, looking at the fencing Gates the upkeep of the property. Hands down a place that is hands-on!
I needed to find a storage unit for my parents and Jimmy was extremely helpful and professional. I had to set a lot of this up from several states a way and he made things flow smoothly.
Very positive experience. Place was easy to find, people are great to deal with. I feel very comfortable leaving my RV there.
