Great easy move in experience and the nicest staff
Great customer service and genuinely showed concern and had explanation and solution the the cart situation at location.
Nancy in customer service is great. Very pleasant experience and she was very helpful and kind.
Many many problems with this location:
1. The entry door to the unit is less than a little more than 3 ft wide, even though they advertise it as atleast 4ft.
2. It took 3 calls and a trip to the kiosk to get credit for the lock return.
3. I vacated the place early September, got the conformation email, but they still sent me a bill for the month of October. Telephone numbers for help take you around in circles with NO live help.
Will be reporting to BBB.
Great service , quick answer and very helpful and informative, the only thing to remark is that is only one utility car for the entire building, what makes almost impossible to use this one, think this location is very busy

Reserving the 10'x10' unit was easily done online. Checked in via the app and the lock for the unit was inside already. Went very smooth. I cannot speak for the inside units but the outside, drive up unite was perfect for what I needed it for.
Property manager phone number says the person is offline every day. I was double charged for insurance. Poor customer service when you finally get ahold of someone one the 800 number. I have only been in the unit since 5/3 and moving out today 6/1 to go to another facility. The lights are off on part of the 3rd floor as I move out. Dirt was on my stuff in the unit and another renter mentioned something about them working on the roof. They also sent an email of raising rental price even I signed up for a specific rate. Untrustworthy, poor management, and bait and switch pricing. Also be prepared for only one trolly for the entire building. So glad I’m going to another place. Worst experience ever with storage rental.

Rented a storage from here for a little over a year. Prices went up multiple times within that year. Employee was rude and very argumentative. I was loading my truck in the front where there are clearly signs that say “Loading” and “Loading Zone”. She got an attitude with me when I told her that I didn’t know I couldn’t load there. Bathrooms were always locked and when I mention that to her she said I needed to go before I left my house. Only 2 carts so if you go when there are multiple people moving stuff be prepared to move stuff without carts. Only one dumpster/ garbage on property which is always lock so be prepared to toss stuff over the dumpster wall. And it smells like moth balls which will have your stuff smelling like it.
Get storage place and they have great service and amazing prices for units!!!!
Horrible experience! Stored belongings before leaving town. Came back to town and went to retrieve a few items. The automatic door was stuck open with alarm going off. Notice on front door citing Public Storage for violating local ordinances. Code to drive in door didn’t work. Contacted person in video in office and informed them of problems and that I was going in to retrieve items. Returned later that day after considering earlier problems and not being able to get assistance with access code. Retrieved all items. Called customer service to try to work thru issues. They had unilaterally cancelled our contract. The contract was cancelled by them on the 5th of the month without our knowledge and they would not prorate it. I tried to resolve issues with them and cannot get a return call. We had the same experience as others with them requiring we buy a lock tho we had a previous lock. Also the storage fees kept increasing by $20+ every few months. Very frustrating experience! I wish I could give no stars.
We just left after about 6 months of renting a 10x10 because they randomly jacked up the rent, without notice, about 27%. So I call, and of course nobody answers. Nobody ever answers. If you go there during business hours, they're never in the office either. So I get a corporate customer service rep on the phone after 30 minutes of annoying robot circling and she tells me I'm already scheduled to move out, which was news to me.
BUT back to the actual renting experience.
It's horrible. First off they charge you for a lock automatically. $19 for the same kind I already had a 4 pack of for less $. Seriously 4X the cost. I used my own and for some reason they put their stickers all over MY locks. So then you have to return the one they give you to get your money back & good luck tracking down someone to do that.
Then the climate controlled building is really humid. There were dead lizards all over the third floor. The elevator & most of the building smells like mothballs & turpentine mixed & your stuff will smell like that when you take it out. We had to wash every bit of clothing, even that which was in bins and suitcases. If you put a piece of furniture or anything else you cannot launder, you might as well just throw it away or it'll stink forever.
Move in and out is a royal PITA because the double doors have nothing to hold them open & the concrete is uneven & broken up so you'll dump everything trying to get a cart out. There are only 2 carts in the whole building & not always put back.
The elevator doors stay open for about 2 seconds which is idiotic for a freight elevator.
Getting in or out with your car is also a pain if anyone else is coming the opposite direction.
I would recommend you go ANYWHERE ELSE or just sell your stuff, it's not worth storing it here.

I had the best employee, (Trinea) helping me today at Public Storage. She was the most helpful, patient, nicest and informative person I have ever encountered. There was nothing she could not help me with and because of her expertise, I was able to get the unit I needed and felt taken care of. The Public Storage I was at today was 4801 E. Park Drive, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.

I’ve been storing things at the storage for the past 5 years and rents keep going up every 6 month. I started with unit around $110 and now I get the notice it will be $215. They do not appreciate someone long term. Mose ball smell is just horrible at these places. Once I take stuff out, it takes weeks to get rid of the smell or even longer sometimes. Customer service varies from place to place. Do not recommend storing with them anymore. I’m off to a different facility.

Had a great experience with Marissa! The initial unit I reserved was too small, then the second unit was too high (I reserved online without seeing them first) so I decided to speak to a human before reserving yet another unit that I wouldn’t be pleased with. She patiently suggested and walked me to a unit that fit my needs. Then transferred my account to the new unit. She was pleasant, professional and quick and I got everything handled on my lunch break.

Fabulous l have never experienced such a smooth transaction renting a storage space before. Nancy guided me through the first steps on what l needed to do and on line!! In a matter of several minutes l had my unit. Thank you so much Nancy for your friendliness n care!! A+ all the way! Then the day of our move in our unit was too small so Megan helped us by getting us a bigger unit asap! Walked us through some changes and she got us a size we could use.
