They will give you a courtesy call to inform you that you have left your unit unlocked but when you vacate the storage and leave the unit locked they don’t call to let you know. Instead they charge you since it “its still locked” and they “assume” you are still using it. What a sleazy way to try to get over someone.

First time renting a storage unit and this experience makes me not ever wanted to do this again. Rented a climate control unit over the phone located on the second floor and was told there is an elevator to access my unit which was inoperable. But I must commend the support team, I call and they were super awesome. They apologize, thoroughly explain the situation with the elevator offered me a discount and even do follow-up calls to make sure that my moving was safe and my items were secured, and in addition offered to help with my move out when I decided to do so and even an extra discount, which was super amazing.
Elham is very friendy, and I had great pleasure working with her to get things.

OMG this place is the worst. Locks on main doors so you can not access your unit after personal go home. And the units are disgusting I’m going back today to pickup my stuff and loose all my money. They are THE WORST!!!

I help run a 5 star moving company and Mrs. Sarah in the front office was very helpful with our experience and very comforting. The client that I moved from Atlanta to the storage really didn’t understand their procedures but Sarah was very helpful.
In the service business, employees are THE key to success. Tracy is an example of an employee who builds a business's good reputation. A good reputation means more money for that business.
I needed an indoor/temperature controlled unit for my 94 year old mother's furniture to get her home ready for sale. Somehow there was a computer glitch in transferring my current outdoor unit to an indoor space. Tracy solved the problem. AMAZING.....
As you know, PS office staff work alone answering phones, going to storage units w/ customers for x,y,z reason AND set up new accounts. It is not an easy job having to actually be in several places at once. With all that responsibility, Tracy worked out the glitch & kept me posted on progress over the course of about four hours.
You just don't see that type of follow-through in front desk/public facing employees these days. It is easier to not take that extra step needed for outstanding customer service. Tracy took that extra step while juggling other customers. Job very well done.
