Wish I could do 0 stars. My sister used the storage unit here and recently her credit card had to be canceled, it didn’t go through for their payment. They never contacted her or asked at all, or she would have given them new information. Instead in a matter of 5 days they took all her stuff and dumped it. There were many sentimental things in there and they also confirmed to her nobody there even called to ask, or just give her a heads up to get her things! Instead they took/threw away her items. This was dispicable and just unreal. The least they could’ve done is to say something to her, she would’ve gladly come or give the payment. Whatever you do dont leave anything important here.

A great place as a back up when your home is not big enough or you are between homes. The management is excellent and the app lets you come in even when the office is an open. Patricia is great

I have had my unit for over 15yrs. There have been reasonable rate increases, but $60 in 4mo?.??? Seriously??.last 2 times I've been there, no trolleys in the building, broken floor tiles all over the inside of my unit, last wknd it was golf tees in addition to the tile. Doors don't stay open.. I would never recommend, too expensive for for what they offer

It was not a good storage facility they are not cheap and they raise the rent high from my experience. Also I called to cancel and tell them I don't want storage unit anymore they are are still trying to charge me for 3 months and late fees. Worst place to store your stuff go anywhere but here.

Terminated my lease on a unit because my gf had a medical emergency passed there hrs of operation.. also jacked up our price on our unit from 75$ to 160$… not worth all the hassle of punching digits Over and over . Waiting for the elevator , bathroom was either locked or filthy, employees were rude , koi , and could care less that ppls livelihoods were in those units ..

Rented Unit The Service was Truly Great at first but when I decided to stop my service and my friend was looking to rent and they offered me space for what I still needed to store, Manager states that they can not get the promoted price although there adress was different than mine and even though I always paid two or three months advance I was told that all unused portions of my money could not be refunded , only from first of month, so if you are moving out on the 6 of the month that money you were told would be refunded as unused is untrue, they tell you that the month is yours, but if you are a day late they do not fail to charge you 60.00 , late fee, BE AWARE

Great place to store your excess stuff

The lady that helped me and showed me my unit WAS GREAT. She was very detailed about my unit and everything I need to know. Great customer service skills!!!

Rosie in Lantana was wonderful. She helped us switch to a larger room which we needed, took plenty of time with us to be sure all was covered. It was a very hot day and that made being outside difficult for her. She was consistently helpful, courteous and patient. Thanks Rosie!

They never send you a bill for your storage until you're late. That way they get the extra $60 a month out of you. I signed a one-year contract the first month into it they raised my rent. Buyer beware.

Needed a clean, safe storage facility kind of quick. I have to admit I went in the office a little stressed out due to a death in the family. Melissa immediately blasted me with her big smile and awesome personality. She showed me around, offered their multitude of products to make the move easier. I noticed the rest of the staff were just as helpful to others. I highly recommend this facility. If all the other branches are half as good you can’t go wrong. PS Don’t plan on coming out grumpy if you went in like I did.

Friendly,informative staff. Facility is neat and clean, Gate works well; no problems. New AC being put in to enhance the "climate controlled" units.

I've been renting at public storage for a while. I make my payments here at this location and her office is always clean and restroom is clean also. I would Tansfer but my location is cheaper

Great customer service, clean facility.

Very disappointed. Rented a unit and a week after moving stuff in, the lock had been cut and replaced with an in-house brand that didn't actually lock. My stuff got stolen and of course the staff didn't notice anything wrong as their cameras only seem to point to the gates and the outside and not the units. You are required to buy in house insurance, but that doesn't actually cover as there isn't actual evidence of a break in.

Office was clean and well organized. Staff was pleasant and friendly.

I was very please with the service I received today. After I explained my situation, item to store, the time needed and even a closer location. Keia's genuine willingness to help, knowledge and experience was exceptional. Job Well Done.... Thank you!!!
