Teresa is great best service great personality.

We were paying $300 a month for a rat infested unit here. I personally scooped two dead ones out with a shovel and it was just as gross as it sounds. The only thing management did was offer to put those rat packs in the unit. We moved out as soon as we could. Not only really gross but super expensive for a 10x25 with a pest problem.

The gentleman at the front desk made checking in super easy!

So there is a trash bin at the front that is sometimes open and it wasn't open yesterday but I saw some trash on the side in bags so I tossed my trash in the bag and one of the coworkers from her car starts freaking out cause apparently that trash bin at the front of the public storage isn't for customers of the storage so she proceeds to harp on me as if I'm supposed to know this yet there is no sign and seeing as people throw away things from their storage units it only makes sense clients would have access to a trash bin 🤷‍♂️ Don't harp on customers bad business fix your work environment with signs saying this trash bin isn't for clients 💅

I went to stand with a lot of questions and Sandra was so helpful, so sweet and listen to my concerns and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this place versus some of the other storage facilities in the area that I spoke with before choosing this one.

Heather at Public Storage was a pleasure. Easy to work with and thought of everything. She even brought us waters while we were unloading. The area is clean and well kept. I would rent from here every time. Only thing I would ask is that the light in our storage be fixed but there is a lot of light on the outside.

I had to stop into my storage unit and drained my battery by accident. Heather, the property manager jumped my car for me so I could drive to the nearest auto parts store! She had literally just asked me if I need help, because my storage latch wouldn't slide appropriately.. She was a life saver! I'm blessed that her instinct initially prompted her to check on me, and that she was close by enough to hear my battery failing me.. That's the kind of service all of us should emulate! Thank you for doing the right thing! You never know when you're really blessing someone in their time of need!

The price online is not your actual monthly payment there are a few hidden fees still a good unit but just wish the price online was more honest. You will have to pay an additional $15 per month for insurance which is mandatory. And you have to buy a lock from them for $20. I still needed a unit and the price wasn't that bad at the end of the day so went ahead and got it but just wanted to let people know before they go. Sandra helped us and was great she gets 5 Stars but public storage gets 2.

I made my storage purchase online and it was an easy process. When I arrived, Heather was beyond helpful to me. I realized I needed a bigger storage and she made the process so easy for me to transfer to a bigger storage. I appreciate Heather’s awesome customer service and willingness to help me and my employees.

Needed a place to garage Bill's Monte Carlo and found this great 10x20 unit. First it's ground floor and while not climate controlled fills our needs. Place is easy entry and exit into Baymeadows with nice helpful folks at the desk to get you going. Look for online specials before you go in as you might make a big budget savings find like we did for our 10x20 unit.

Went in today to buy some merchandise and the property manager yoana was great. She is very friendly and has a great attitude. I came back this week to get more paper just because of her customer service. Keep up the good work yoana

I rented this storage unit to move a friend's belongings into storage who had stage 4 cancer & was moving in with me. Tiffany was wonderful with setting everything up and showing me a couple of units. I decided on renting a 10 X 10 thinking that would be big enough but when the movers came they said I would need at least a 10 X 15. I called Tiffany and she said normally you can't change units until the end of a month but she called corporate and they allowed me to do so due to the circumstances and again Tiffany made everything easy and processed it as quickly as possible so the movers could unload in a timely manner. I call that superior service!!

Tiffany and Sandra were great! Very friendly, welcoming and professional! Explained contract in detail, explained the rain proof units. Discussed products available for our upcoming move. Time and money well spent! Fyi Tiffany even picked up discarded litter to make the property clean. Office could have been cooler for those poor ladies. But will recommend facilities to friends!!

Bright and early on a Sunday morning I met Miss Tiffany at the Baymeadows Road Public Storage. She was very polite, professional, knowledgeable and a delight to work with. She answered all questions and never hesitated to keep showing available units. She went over all aspects of renting and offered all of the accessories available, but wasn't pushy about any of it. That was greatly appreciated. All in all, a great start to my hectic day!

Yesterday, I came in to get a 5x5 storage unit and I can't remember her name but she was a really sweet black lady that was EXTREMELY helpful. She reminded me of my mom. From the time I came in, she made the process as smooth as possible. Everyone knows getting a storage can be nerve-racking, but it was by far the easiest process. Furthermore, she worked with me and made sure I didn't leave until I was completely satisfied. We need more people like her in the workforce, who actually go the extra mile for customers.

It's been quite a while since I have met someone in customer service who was as friendly, helpful and intelligent as TIFFANY! This is NOT lip service. Tiffany was extremely knowledgeable of the property, knew the contract details by heart and was exceptionally diligent in wanting to help me in every way possible. Even when I had to later cancel my rental unit, she happily assisted me with a smile. A true professional. Thank you.

Sara is very helpful and honest about the catch. You might thought they are the cheapest but it will end you cost money putting your stuff on the storage.

I was going thru a rough patch where I had to move soon! I called around and ended up picking Public Storage off Baymeadows road. I was greeted by the manager Heather who was very sweet and empathetic and just all around a great person. She gave me words of encouragement and made me feel very welcome despite my situation because i was an emotional wreck. She was informative on how to use the unit and what i needed to do to keep my belongings safe and in good condition. I recommend anyone if they are looking for a storage you won't have a problem going to this location.

First filled out on-line information (which was efficient) then received a call from the Property Manager (heather) about 15 minutes later. made and missed my appointment but she pleasantly rescheduled me for the next day. heather showed me the unit and an alternate (upon my request) and waited patiently while I corrected a banking error. She thoroughly explained every policy and made sensible suggestions, then ended our time with a smile.

Easy move-in and move-out. A little expensive, but all around had no issues with the property and the unit itself. Go see Heather, she's great!

People are nice, but it's ridiculous that I'm paying 100 a month for a unit that the units next to me can see inside of. I also "reserved" a cheaper unit only to go there and tell me it's not available. Overall the people don't make up for the crappy overpriced unit I received.

Ivy went above and beyond for me today. I had an issue with my movers who couldn't get their 18-wheel truck into the storage gates, and Ivy helped me haul ALL of my belongings from the office to my unit and didn't even think twice about doing it. If you want someone to go above and beyond in service, you can breathe easily knowing you're in good hands. Now I need to give her a high rating on Public Storage website. If she wasn't there today, I would have probably started crying.

Heather was very helpful and got me set up in a very efficient manner. Several things I do think needs to be disclosed on the web site during the reservation process is that 1) you are required to have insurance on the contents and 2) you are required to buy a barrel lock, no personal locks allowed. These two item add to the initial setup cost and the insurance adds to the posted monthly costs but aren’t disclosed until you are in the middle of signing up. Heather was very responsive to a repair that was required and kept me informed, Thanks

BEWARE!!! RATS! RATS! RATS!! RATS ALL OVER OUR BELONGINGS. When we mentioned it to the office, their unsurprised response was “do you have insurance?” And we pay $163.00 per month. We are having to go thru everything before we transfer it to make sure we don’t move the rats too. And this doesn’t begin to address the many diseases that rats carry.

I cannot recommend this storage units, paying $130 a month for units in such bad condition is unjustifiable. The property is infested and has a serious rodent problem, the property management seems not to do anything about it, the inside walls of my the storage unit was punctured which allowed the rodents to go inside of the unit and fill it with tons of rodent poop and urine, I spent a lot money in repellents and still I had damages on my belongings. Be aware of the advertised discounts, the catch is this discounts are temporary and they could raise the storage rent at any moment, they also made for me mandatory to pay storage insurance insurance.

I came to the property this morning to pay for my unit and ms Naila took my payment and was very kind.

When I got there, I was surprised with a mandatory $20 cost for their lock!!! Almost 4 weeks later I went to move my stuff out and found roaches - Plural ROACHES!!! in one box and another box had a chew hole with mice/rat droppings around it. Nasty dirty place. Dont rent from here!!!

I have never used a storage facility before. I needed a place to store our travel trailer near a friends condo, which did not allow trailers, during the time of our visit. When I made the reservation online it was only minutes until phone contact was made by Carol, the manager, and the reservation was confirmed. Carol made a second call the day before our arrival just to confirm our arrival time. Arriving at the facility were met by Dale, a substitute mgr., and taken by golf cart to locate our parking spot. Dale quickly took care of the paper work, we placed our trailer and we were done. I could not have imagined that it would be that easy.

Corporate move. Belongings stored here during our search for the house. There were some minor difficulties coordinating the navigation of a huge semi worth of stuff into the storage lockers. Lockers were clean. My unit was undamaged by the recent hurricane. Purchased their locks. They were reasonable priced. I was expecting the price to be more like airport pricing but they were not. I'd suggest checking out your own insurance policies. Their offerings did seem a bit pricey for the coverage.

She explained every detail of what was available to us at her facility and even made great suggestions to make our storage accommodations and packing and unpacking easier. Carol & Janice were very friendly and helpful. Despite the rain, Janice took us to see a few units to ensure our needs were met. They were not able to provide parking for our trailer, however, Carol made several calls to sister stores to try to help locate another site. They went above and beyond in my opinion.

STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU LIKE YOUR STUFF COVERED IN DIRT AND RAT POOP! I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I only had this unit for 2 months and my experience could not have been worse. First off the $1 first month rent is B.S., with the fees, the "special lock" you have to buy, and the insurance it is more like $60. I was told my unit was going to be $95 a month, and was charged $112 a month, and to top it all off, one day I open my unit and I find all of my stuff covered in leaves/dirt/grime and a hole the size of a baseball in the back of the unit with rat droppings all along the back wall. I wanted to set fire to the entire unit! I pulled Carol aside upon checking out of my unit, told her how utterly disappointed I was of this unit and their service, and how ashamed they should be of the condition to which they are running this property, and she was DISINTERESTED at best. DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE FACILITY, trust me, you can find better for cheaper!
