Couldn’t be more satisfied, I went to about 20 places prior before coming here (every other storage unit was overpriced, and didn’t have any room for a bigger trailer) but when we arrived here Tammy brightened the day automatically, she was knowledgeable, sharp as a tack, and most importantly witty.

This place is everything . The property manager ( I can’t remember if her name was Tammy or not ) was sooooooo sweet, she contact me a day or two after I moved my stuff in to make sure that I was okay with the size and location of my unit and went over the hours of operation with me just in case . She let me know when she was available on site in case I needed anything further . The property manager really made it personable and I will never forget that . The price plus the experience makes me always want to continue a relationship with public storage and that’s really thanks to the property manager !

Associate Tammy was very professional with helping me and my girlfriend complete our storage unit check in. She was helpful with giving us tips on how to ensure we get the most efficient usage out of our unit. We would recommend Public Storage to our friends and family.
I signed up for 87 a month which included a 35% “discount”. After 3 months my rate was increased to 127 with 30 day notice. Phone system doesn’t work so only communication is with a useless chat bot. Looks like I’ll be moving my stuff again.

advertised a 10 x 20 foot unit at the automated facility meaning you have to sign up first before looking at it. sure enough, i paid in advance then an hour later i drove to unit and it was NOT as advertised. it was a 18.5 feet by 9.5 feet. So now i am trying to cancel 1 hour later and they don't want to give me my money back.

I've rented a space at this location for 3 years and approximately 1 month. Huge space that I could store 3 vehicles and some with space to move around. Over that time I got acquainted with Pam and Tammy as the on site managers. They have been professional, courteous, and at times accommodating to specific needs I needed met. It didn't matter where I was in the world. I had a peace of mind and confident that my items were secure.

Came in to Roosevelt location to get a small unit for some extra space at home. The manager, Tammy, was absolutely wonderful in helping me with everything! From walk in to move in, Tammy was there to help every step of the way. The unit was clean and ready for me to use. The overall feel is relaxing and safe. I don’t worry about my belongings. I know Tammy is taking care of it.

It's a no frills storage place. A 10x10 is almost $200.00 a month. No climate control. No nothing extra. But my stuff is safe.
I needed a place to put some stuff. After calling around, I zeroed in on Public Storage. After talking to someone at a call center, went by and interrupting Tammy’s lunch. It took about fifteen minutes. Wonderful service all around.
Very helpful staff. Doorways were smaller than width of unit which didn't work for us but not the locations fault as we didn't call ahead. Facility appears to be secure and clean from what I could see.

I called and have spoken to a woman. She refused to specify what sizes were available on the Roosevelt location, stating that there were no Small or Large sizes. First lie.She also quoted me for a medium unit with a bigger price than the one on the website. I have the email that can prove it. Second lie. She was rude and incompetent so we will go for another company . Also no attendant at the phisical location and nobody to show you the spots. She had her manager call me in order to push for their business, but no thanks. Greedy incompetents.

Poor customer service due to never having enough workers, doesn't open on time, the customer service number is not eastern standard time so even more of a headache. I work on base so this is the only reason this place was used. No official way to say I'm satisfied or need assistance, no one checked me out.
We have a huge storage unit, and thought maybe we could transfer and downsize a little after moving, but downsizing did not turn out like we anticipated, Ms.Tammy the manager made sure our needs were met, and assisted us with professionalism. She's so kind and personal, and makes you feel of importance and not just a number. Thank you for taking the time out and offering the best of customer service to me and my family.
