Amazing amazing amazing!! I specifically would like to acknowledge Diane, Patty, and Stephanie!! Long story short these ladies saved my life when it came for me to move out my unit at the end of March. I did not properly prep and should have scheduled my move out vs me just showing up. All three of these ladies went above and beyond to accommodate me for the move out because I was on a tight schedule. I would 100% use this facility again if I needed a storage unit. Ladies thank you again!! And if you need a reminder…..I’m the one who had to call her ex 😂😂😂😂!!

If you like to be jerked around by endless recordings and no live help-This is your place! If you want excuses, sign up here! If you prefer not to have emails, phone calls and texts answered. Simple situation: twin brother unexpectedly died. Sole survivor with all, ALL, paperwork supplied and were told access to retrieve decedents possessions would be given the next day. After two - (hour & 1/2) trips, we arrive. The office is open but unmanned. After an hour wait with no one showing we begin trying to make phone calls. That leads to recordings no actual help. When a manager shows up they say they didn’t receive one document that actually had been provided to them. We had the hard copy with us. Then they said the district manager had to approve. Although we had been told we were approved with all the documentation previously submitted by us. The manager had spent the previous day with the district manager so they had the time and opportunity for the district manager to do her job. Looking at a second trip from Michigan to Ft Myers for a 3rd attempt. Costs are exorbitant by the time & travel expenses add up, and loss of income. Rest in peace Wayne, your twin is trying. 😢

Several times now I've gotten conflicting information about policies and pricing. It's really frustrating when I'm told one thing and when I return I get a different story. Train your people to provide the correct information and be consistent.

Diane at 3232 Colonial Blvd was extremely helpful and courteous. Showed us a few units to make sure we selected the correct size.

Ive rented units from 2 different Public Storage buildings. On Coloniel Blvd, if you have a problem, your not gonna get help in any way fast. The manager never answers the phone, she MIGHT call you back.. Might.... And she's not in the office much either. I caught her in the office 1 time. Other than that, it's locked up. Had a open sign on the door but it's not and no cars in front so you know she is gone. Doesn't matter the time either. I don't recommend this Public Storage. Public Storage on 82 was so much better. They always had someone in their office. And FYI- for a 15x20 unit was 269.00 a month on Coloniel. Pricey.......

Clean storage for your furniture and other stuff, especially in the AC units They make sure their customers are satisfied. I would recommend this storage to anyone. My only drawback is that they increase the rent too often, especially in a crisis like this where people have to store because they can't afford to rent an apartment.

Karen at Store #25805 is one of the most pleasant individuals that I have met in a while. When I started my reservation online, she called me right away to see if there were any questions I needed answered and just thanked me for considering Public Storage. She walked me through how to complete my online reservation and informed me about the Public Storage app (that makes gate access much easier). When I and my husband called the store location (2 separate occasions) for additional questions, we didn't get a answer so we left a message both times. Karen responded to our voice messages with a call with in 10-15 mins on both occasions. Karen's pleasant attitude, patience and kindness is enough for me to recommend Public Storage at 3232 Colonial Blvd Fort Myers, FL 33966 to others as customer service is very important to me.

I won a locker off of storage treasures and come to open the storage unit there was missing items out of it. Go to talk with the Property Manager DIANA she was very Hostile and rude when I asked for District Managers phone number and Diana refused to give me any information and was argumentative with me as a customer. I can’t believe people steal out of auction lockers after pictures are taken and posted I have Proof of what the locker looked like on the website and missing items on the property but employees don’t want to help and figure the situation out to get it resolved but they fight and argue with customers.

I stop at this location and the manager Diana was very friendly as I walk in, and further more the office was nice and clean and looks like they keep this location up to par with the CDC guide lines. I was looking for boxes to pack my home. Thanks to Diana I found much more. She was so knowledgeable on her products that she was a able to save me time and trips. I got not only boxes but the tape and bubble wrap for my collectibles. I even got a special box to keep my TV safe which was lucky for me she knows her stuff because I didn't even know TV bodes existed. Thank you Diana again for all of your help I will be sure to return to your store for all of my future moving needs.

Dianna is super helpful. She was very nice and helped me with a big problem. I broke the key in my lock and needed to get in right away. I asked her about a new lock and she fixed the existing lock for me. Instead She put a pin in the back of the lock and pushed out the broken key.

The place is full of holes on the road the manager Diana is checking people every 5 minutes is very uncomfortable and the place is a mess i do not recommend it..

We stored our Christmas and other personal belongings at this location for over 10 years. Never had any problems. The facility was always secure and safe. Also, if you need assistance, we would recommend speaking with Diana, the on-site property manager. She is very polite, extremely helpful, kind and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this location if you are in need of a storage facility to store your items and personal belongings.

Diana has absolutely no empathy towards healthcare professionals risking their lives. All she cares about is taking the money from you. Also mislead customers that fees will be waived during the pandemic yet puts them on your tab. Will not even give you her supervisors contact info. BEWARE AND TAKE HEED OF THIS WARNING

Public storage located at 11995 State Road 82 Fort Myers, Fl 33913 Sonia, and Mican were really great at the new store. They were welcoming and informative. Super nice. Helped answer questions and the property was really clean. Excellent. And Rachel was also nice enough to recommend public storage, they spoke highly of her as a coworker. I would not mind coming back to do business with all three in the near future.

Visiting our Public Storage family before homecoming night!

We went in to get a storage unit for my business as well as one for some personal stuff. Diana was great!! She helped us find the right size units and the place was very clean and nice! One of the great benefits they offer is auto pay, as a business owner I'm short on time and it makes it one less thing to worry about. For my personal storage unit I can't say how grateful I am for the climate control units!! I don't have to worry about personal items being damaged from the Florida heat and humidity. I recommend them highly!!

I, myself have been in customer service and Accounts Receivable/Payable for a large corporation in NY for 30 years. Listening to Ronnie handle an irate customer via phone I was so IMPRESSED with her POSITIVE ATTITUDE and what was obviously her wanting to resolve issue for customer. It is RARE in this day and age to come across someone such as Ronnie who possesses the communication skills to take a difficult customer and have the outcome be of such that the customer is thankful and grateful for her patience and positive way of handling a situation. As for my dealing with her she was MOST courteous, positive, upbeat and was a sheer delight. I only wish there were more like her in today’s society. She deserves to be commended for her skills and positive customer service. Ronnie is truly an ASSET to your business.

While I'm not a Public Storage connoisseur, I can appreciate the tidiness of this place. BUT, what is really over-the-top are 2 ladies that work there - Trish and Michelle. I cannot express enough gratitude to both of them for helping me make a really awful job easier. I would rather shove bamboo shoots under my fingernails than have to clean out a storage unit, but those ladies when over and above to help. HIGHLY recommend.

I have been with Public storage for many years. I traveled alot needless to say, my personal belongings have always been looked after over the years. The managment and staff alike are professional and always very helpful. I am so happy to say I have finally decided to settle in Florida and moving out of the shed on the first of the month. Good place to store your extra household stuff!!

Very unreasonable polices, after 5 years of renting from them they refused to prorate us or work with us on moving out on the 6th. When our move is to take place, so we have stuff crammed in everywhere, rather than paying almost $400.00 for 6 more days of storage. They should reconsider and prorate loyal customers.

Highly recommend this Public Storage location. The ladies in administration at the front office are well informed of the ins & outs of their units, requirements, insurance coverage, promos, and everything having to do with the safe storage of your belongings. My check-in was easy, and a quick tour showed me the clean property and available units. Good safety features. Convenient location.

I kept my things here for a year and a half. I have never had a problem with security or accessibility. Trisha in the office was extremely helpful with paperwork and information!

Today it seems all we hear about are the bad experiences people have with each other when conducting business. I would like to say that my experience at Public Storage on Colonial Blvd was not one of those times. From the ease of entry, care to maintenance and the personality of the staff, I am confident in my choice to use this facility and company. Tricia was easy to get along with and did not treat you like just another storage unit number. It was a real pleasure to talk with her and she was very helpful and knowledgeable. If your planning on renting here be sure to go in on a Saturday as she seems to have this thing for the New England Patriots and takes off Sundays. Go Steelers/Dolphins!!!!!

one of the worst place i have ever rented from. they tell you a low price and after 1 month the price goes up. screws every where and will get in your tires and worst rat infested. stay away from this location.

My business is customer service, something everyone demands and many fall short of accomplishing. Trisha has assisted me in many ways over the past year and always comes through with an honest effort satisfying my needs. I also appreciate the constant maintenance to the faculty keeping a safe secure area for my truck and its contents.

Ronnie and Trisha were GREAT throughout the whole rental period. I was helping out a family in dire need by initially getting and paying for the unit so they could store their belongings...after the first month (+ that free month they offered 😊) they paid the rent until they got back on their feet 1 year later. When we moved out Trisha couldn’t have been nicer and any more helpful. I would definitely recommend this storage facility to anyone who asked me... and I already have.
