I have rented space at many storage facilities and must say that the customer service at this facility is outstanding. Patti is personable, professional, prompt and will always answer questions and assist without any hesitation. Recently, there was an issue with my credit card where payment was not made and she communicated with me prior to the late payment date. Obviously, this was very helpful and appreciated because the other storage facilities where I have rented would never have contacted me prior to the late payment date. If you want friendly and professional storage, then this location is the place for you.

Val, who helped me find the perfect unit for my needs, is a delight! She welcomed me with a smile as I entered the front office and excused herself as she was wrapping up a call helping another customer. She was able to quickly finish what she was doing and then address my needs. She heard my wishes and understood my situation and found me a unit that fit and offered me a great deal, better than I was going to pay online! She also explained to me how convenient the app is to use for the gate access and the hours of operation and showed me to my locker. She provided a great lock with two keys for $20 bucks, and I was happy to pay it. The facility was clean and bright, I felt safe and secure. They have two dolly's available for use in the storage area and offer packing materials in the office. I would recommend his location to others. As I understand, Val is out of the office for a short time for a medical reason and I just want to make sure she knows she does a great job and we are praying for her and her restored health!! Thank you, Val!

She was extremely knowledgeable and we selected Public Storage over a competitor because of her friendly professional customer service.

Helped me to download the public storage app and navigate my way around it even the quick gate access from my phone.We walked the storage units as she was still helping other customers. She’s a great multi tasker. Overall excellent experience. I would recommend others to ask for her assistance. Can’t remember her name but she is an African American lady with short hair cut.

Everything was in good condition and there were at least three dollies to use. I just wish there were signs on the wall indicating which numbers were in which area.

I cannot say enough about Richard whom I believe may be the Manager. All I know is he works every Saturday and when I come in, I am greeted with a smile and a big hello. He even remembers my name. He is always willing to help and he went above and beyond for me to help me move some stuff around in my unit. Public Storage is lucky to have someone of his standards. Public Storage should work very, very hard to keep him for a long time.
