This is all new to me! Went on line and rented a storage facility. Now this is where it gets tricky. First they charge you for a lock (they dont give you an option to opt when you are reserving the storage) also they charge you for insurance (again they dont give you the option to opt out when you are reserving the storage) NOT user friendly. I called the 800 number and they were very friendly and attentive. They stated that I had to go in person to the facility. I did and there is no office there. All is done via phone chat. They provided my number to the on site manager and no call back I called the number provided on the office door and spoke to Trina...now this is where I can say CUSTOMER service at its best!) Trina was very apologetic, listened to my concerns automatically refunded my lock charge, helped me change my email address so that I can go to the site and cancel the insurance. If I encounter more issues in the future I will DEFINITELY ask to speak to Trina. :)
Hello, my experience has not been great with storage places but thank you to Manuel on Tuesday for helping me. We spoke Spanish since it's my preferred language and he was very helpful. It was so nice having someone who understood me and I could speak freely. He answered all my questions and explained the process. Thank you so much Manuel for giving me peace of mind and security that I understood everything without calling my son to help.
Went there to get a storage unit. No one there on c25. Called the number on the window. Talked to a guy we thought was going to meet us to show us the unit. Waited 30 min. Someone from another business came out and said we had to go down the street about a mile. We went no one there. So we stopped and got a unit where someone was there took us straight to our unit. And they are in the office 6 days a week.
Clean and neat. Highly recommend

Most difficult to deal with this global giant. No personal service everything on computer with complicated codes and policies. Charge for insurance and tax for non purchase of hard goods. One of the very few poor experiences ive had in Central Fla. Im moving out Aug 14th. Good riddance.
They work with you so you don't lose your things..but their Atlanta location you can easily lose your things
I just want to share with everyone… I am changing my review from what was once a one star negative review with the situation that I dealt with with Public Storage. This was before I knew that they transitioned and are still transitioning and neighborhood storage is still part of this. Public storage is still working with neighborhood storage and they don’t fully understand how it operates and the. Person that overseas got her name is Molly and she is absolutely wonderful to work with. I received an incorrect charge, and she called me today after reviewing everything and I couldn’t be happier.
I would like to update this review because I learned today that this particular public storage is still ran by neighborhood storage. I spoke with Molly who oversees everything and she said that there was a severe miscommunication and she resolve the issues so quickly and said that they are still having trouble understanding how the business was ran and she is going to be working on that and she refunded my month. She told me that I was absolutely right and she read through all of the notes and she couldn’t believe that’s what I went through. She resolve the situation and I’m very pleased with the service and I’m glad to hear that she’s going to be working with her team to improve the transition with Public Storage. I definitely get five stars for her handling the situation and for helping me and reading through all of the notes and getting the information and apologizing for everything that I went through it was not her fault. It’s not the fault of neighborhood storage the public storage has just not truly understood how they operate their business, but she said she is going to take every measures she can to improve the transition, and I have full faith in that she was very pleasant and I am so thankful that she was able to remedy the situation and understood everything that I went through to try to avoid that service charge.
What I will say are the plus side is that the maintenance man of the unit does an excellent job that the contactless entry makes it a lot easier to get in. They make it a very simple process with the app. And I have full faith that Molly is going to fix the communication errors and the errors that public storage is having understanding how the business has been running.
The units are all in great shape. The security is amazing. I didn’t have any issues, trusting my belongings, the Earth, and believing that they were safe and believing that there wouldn’t be any roach issues or rodent issues. They make sure all of that is never an issue for you. The units are very clean, inappropriate and size so I would like to change that to a five star rating. After today’s conversation hats off to Molly for following up with all customers and resolving any issues and listening and actually researching any issues before calling to understand the problem and help with a fair resolution. That’s all I could’ve ever asked for.
I would like to say I had help from an amazing employee of public storage his name was Robert Conover. He found my bank card a week after I lost it and returned it to me! He was very polite and deserves some recognition! Very much appreciated!
Other than that I am so not satisfied with public storage. They will never have my service ever again!

I have leased storage spaces all across the United states. These units are very clean very nicely taken care of. Talk to several office personnel all very easy and confident to talk with.

Decent storage facility. I gave it 4 stars because if you arrive after 10:00 p.m., you cannot access your unit. You must arrive before 10:00 p.m. and then after 10, you can open the access gate from the inside.
Other than that, very typical self storage facility.
