I came in this morning at open time looking at some units, sadly i was looking for something with climate control:/ however cindy was so helpful and such a sweetheart. would recommend this place if you don’t need a climate control unit! this public storage has got it all! love yallxxx

Tatyana was super helpful for my boyfriend and I she gave us a good deal for the first and second month prorated we paid 2 months out the door with a couple fees a lil over 100 bucks for a 10x12 . She is funny also and as real as it gets..she told us a funny story and also gave us really good tips and is very personable. She has a good personality and is good at what she does ..if it wasn't for her honestly my boyfriend and I wouldn't have even got this unit we would have went somewhere else ..but she changed our minds because of how easygoing she is ..so yeah she pretty much makes the place cool
Went in to.check out storage units. Talking with Cindy she is very knowledgeable about the units gave me prices and showed me a few different ones so I could see the size difference. Secure and clean
Arrived for an appointment that was scheduled and Tatyana came out saying it’s her day off and approaching my vehicle brandishing a weapon (couldn’t see exactly what she was holding) . When I told her I had an appointment and that that’s really ridiculous she said “that sucks what are you gonna do about it” and continued to approach my car all the while her boyfriend was hiding in the doorway with a gun in his hand. Going to file a police report, this place needs to be shut down

I want to thank Tatyana for her amazing service. I didn’t know how to get a storage unit or even know what to look for. She called me and took her time to explain the process. When I showed up she walked to me each unit I could purchase and I didn’t feel rushed. I only needed the storage for limited time 2 weeks at the most. When I paid my last bill to her and she vacated me out the process was so easy!! Thank you Tatyana for helping me and just being a kind person.
