Their app makes it very convenient for getting in and out the facility without having to get out of my vehicle, and the the space is fine serviceable, (although all dimensions listed are just APPROXIMATE, and a 7' x 10 ' space you rent could only end up being 6.7' x 9.6,' which may not seem like much but does make a difference). The reason for only two stars is their mercenary practice of regularly raising rental fees essentially every six months--often times by as much as 25%. So, unless you want to move your stuff again before even a year has passed, your rent will continue to increase often, and at an alarming rate.
Elizabeth more than fantastic service even got me a discount for next month on my existing account and quickly took my payment painlessly. (She's very shy!)

This Public Storage is dirtier than the last two that I was running from. Also, the manager is very nosy and uptight. He lives here so he’s operating after hours. I’m not sure if he’s doing anything anything illegal or not. Also, I made a police report due to the fact of some movers came and attacked me. He did nothing wrong when I asked him to call the police and he stated that this wasn’t his job. I say all that to say I own a clothing business. My inventory is here at this location. I’m here practically almost every day. That’s why I know too much about this management. This place is dirty elevators never work. They harass you about your bill even if you’re on auto pay, how long in your unit if it wasn’t in a great location certainly relocate due to the harassment. I’ve been feeling since I’ve been here this past year just know that the glasses and he’s a Spanic. He’s the only worker here that gives Public Storage a bad every other worker that Comes here and clock in put a smile on their face and really have a genuine relationship with the renters are the best women and deserve a raise a promotion because they have helped me a lot and I’ve seen them go out their way to help tons of other people, this man is literally doing the best he can to try to people for no apparent reason Not I’ve already filed grievances with my attorney and also I have contacted the news. As you can see here there is a major pest problem roaches. I just took the snapshot today hence why I am here giving this review because I am fed up. Something needs to be done. They need a better manager for this location and I believe the women that are working here should be in that position as opposed to who is here now

They have a great promotion going that you want to take advantage of. $1 special for your first month. You are getting a great deal. You can do the process on the phone by calling them. Which will be more faster than doing this in person. As soon as i arrived I was able to sign up and lock in my spot. The person handling the customer was perfect at making it a seamless process. The process only took 10 min from a to z to make happen. I don’t like moving around all but when I do this is the place to come by to. Feels like a maze getting the hang of the place. And you can do this process month to month which works out ultimately in your favor. Wheel chair parking and accessibility

I'm so delayed in posting this review, but last month Elizabeth was so helpful as my colleague and I did a major storage unit clean out and organize for our nonprofit organization event materials! She even helped ensure we were getting the best rate for our unit - and that was HUGE given we are a nonprofit (every dollar often counts!). While we do wish the facility was 24/7 access (hence the 4 stars not 5), the staff (particularly Elizabeth though!) have been 5-star level helpful and kind.

I signed up for the storage online! When I went there to checkout the space, It was poorly maintained. The staff at the place were not ready to give me proper explanation or service regarding the situation of their storage spaces. At the end of the day I lost almost 30 Dollars (non-refundable) and lots of time talking to the customer care. I have no idea why they have a high rating. Somethings not right here.
Had an issue with the first assigned unit, Jovan kindly and quickly issued me a better unit.

A month ago, When I open my storage unit the customer service was great , really helpful and amicable, today I got a call about a pass due bill , I though that my account was in autopay and they are charging $10 dollars that were not charge when I opened the unit , plus $20 in late fees. I explain to the customer service representative and she was really rude, she didn’t let me talk and she hanged up. I called back and she was extremely rude and unprofessional treating me really bad. Terrible experience she treated me like I was a criminal! Just call ask for the CC and that’s it.

This is by far the best public storage location I have rented at , the facility is maintained and it’s always clean. There is plenty of parking and it’s never too busy , I can go to my storage unit without a problem. The ladies in the front desk are by far the best part of this storage facility, Elizabeth is the best ! She’s always so helpful and answers all my questions, she always has a smile on her face and is always willing to help anyone. Their business model is based on Fraud. After 6-months, they will increase your monthly bill. And then again 6-months later. The new rent for my unit is the same, but now it’s more than 2x. I should just cancel and get a new unit. Corporate criminals who create systems like this should be prosecuted for fraud.
Nicole is a fantastic manager and she makes this location an exceptional experience. She is very aware of what’s going on in the building and is helpful with customers. Terrible Experience with Unauthorized Move, Fake Signatures, and Lost Property!
I am absolutely heartbroken and furious after my experience with this public storage facility. I wouldn't wish this nightmare on anyone..
I was informed of a supposed flood, but my 3rd-floor unit was unaffected, and I confirmed this with the staff. A week later, I received another email about the flood and was asked to check my unit again. When I called to inform them that I had already checked it and everything was okay, the woman on the phone told me they would be doing repairs. I explicitly declined, told her that our cell is fine since it's on 3rd floor, no need to move. Despite my clear refusal to move units, they deceitfully relocated our belongings to the 4th floor cell, faking my signature on paperwork and neglecting to notify us. They lied about emailing pictures of our belongings, and to top it off, they threw away our precious couch without a shred of remorse.
Btw they raised our rent after 4 months we moved in on 34%.
Do not entrust your possessions to this facility. Their appalling actions have caused immense distress, and I cannot stress enough the importance of avoiding them at all costs.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORAGE AT ALL COSTS!
This place literally threw our sofa away without telling us even though we were paying in time.
One day they emailed us saying that there was some leakage into our cell and we should come and check if the items are ok. Red flag 1 - leakage in a storage? What?
My wife flew in to LA to check it and told them everything looks good.
Now I’m back to LA today myself and when I came to get a couple things from it, the cell was empty with no lock. What?
Aparently, they decided on their own to move our things to another cell, even though we told them it’s ok. They cut our lock and moved the stuff out, then sending us an email. Red flag 2 - how can the storage decide to move your stuff out?
But this is not the end of it. While doing so, they decided to throw away our sofa for a reason that nobody was able to explain. What???
You had one job - to store our stuff. And you threw it away???
At that point we are unsure on what to do and are exploring various avenues. This it nuts. I’m so angry.
Do not trust this space and get your items out asap.
Upd: cherry on the cake - they sent us an email with a rental agreement attached for a new cell. And it has a fake signature produced by somebody from their team.
Upd2: they didn’t let me into the new cell saying I’m not in the agreement. But this new faked agreement clearly has me listed too. There’s so much sketchiness, I’m very worried about the rest of the things we (supposedly) still have there.
The same team (two women) today told me they sent us photos with the items when they were moving them. Of course there’s none in the email.
Ja Wanna was friendly, knowledgeable, and all-around fantastic. She explained everything, gave us great advice, and was so helpful. She's a superstar!

Awful experience here. The elevator broke for multiple days, forcing my girlfriend and I to move all our things manually down several flights of stairs from the third floor in extremely hot conditions.
We contacted customer service but were told "there's nothing we can do" and hung up on.
The building in general is pretty dirty and there are bugs and rodents in the units. Just use another company, Public Storage doesn't care at all.
I have a had a great experience renting here. Elizabeth has always been helpful and friendly. Restroom is always clean as well. There is enough parking and it has never been too busy for me.

The First two years the Company, under the leadership of the District Manager Mike and Property Managers, Nicole and Elisabeth, the team kindly helped me with a deferment payment plan.
I never expected and I still can not believe their kindness, sympathy, patience and love when they called and saw me.

Nicole and Elizabeth have great customer service! From the moment i walked in , I Noticed how well they both handled the customers they were with and found a solution to their problems. Once they were done they both greeted me with a smile and showed me a storage unit. The storage was super clean and smelled like fresh fabuloso, I highly recommend this location to anyone thats in need of a storage.

Elizabeth was a great customer service rep. I had reserved a unit with a promotion, but unfortunately someone had gone in-person and rented it out, but she still honored not only the promotion but the monthly price I had reserved. She showed me the unit and clearly explained the process of moving in/out, paying the monthly rent, and using the gate access. She was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. I had been looking for spaces for a few weeks and was planning to wait a few more days before deciding and renting, but the price and the excellent customer service sold me.
Edit: Had another great experience with the reps at this location. I had let the time get away from me and did not realize I was arriving with a uhaul of stuff right before closing. I realized when I wasnt able to use the elevator. Nicole informed me that they were about to close, but if we could get the stuff up quickly, then she would allow us to go up. We got our stuff in in about 25min. She did not have to give up her own time for us, she would've been well within her right to turn us away, but instead she allowed us to quickly get the stuff into storage. She was an absolute saint.

The fourth floor doesn't have AC and it feels like hell, and also when raining it's flooding, they increase the rent with no warning
