Every time either I or my family come here we always have an issue with this particular employee. She is very rude, lack of customer service and professionalism. We are all surprised she still has employment there. Last time my mother was there, she told my mother she can’t help her and for my mother to return after she gets back from lunch at 2pm.
This was on 6/21/2024. She doesn’t belong in the type of environment where customer service is required. So basically she would rather eat first, than to help a customer in need. I’m required to rate in order to send this message. Otherwise I’d choose ZERO stars.

Go to pay my bill and waited over 30 Minutes and had to leave. No explanation as to where the property manager was/is. Called customer service and the 1 st person I spoke with sound like he was sleep and forwarded my call back to the property-duh——-no one is there DUMMY. SECOND customer service person offered her apology and said since you’re paying cash I cannot offer a waive of a late fee!!! These fools have my stuff and the low level of competency is astounding. They purely suck and suck you dry -freaking predators. I cannot wait to get my stuff out of here. THE WORST 2+ years EVER. They want you to pay on Time. Don’t make provisions for gouging the rent and yet the don’t have a property manager onsite- during business hours and they don’t even have the business since to put their hours on the door or any sig. if no one is a available. We are all fools for sig ing up with this location. But I’m not done! I am searching and my wrath will not stop here!!!!

Wanted to rent a 4x6 -manager showed me a 4 1/2 × 4 1/2 and claimed it was a 4x6 for $156. So I asked them to lower the price or give me a 4x6 and a credit on my next bill. Instead they charged me $190, no credit or another unit even though they had a 4x6. Refused to give me a refund. I had to go to the bank and dispute the charge. Moved out immediately and returned the lock. The photo shows a small square not a 4x6.

Was surprised that storage units don't have lights.
Here at 8am to pull out my camping equipment for a trip and yall have the lights off on the entire half side of the building my unit is on. Why let access to the building at this time but not have the lights come on this early... here I am having to find and pull my stuff out in the dark. And this isn't a one time issue... this is every time I come early.
