The whole process was very simple. I did it all online. When I showed up to store locker they texted me the code to enter. I purchased a lock through Public Storage that was left at locker with 3 spare keys. Surprised how much I was able to fit in 5x5 locker.

Uniquement des storages en first floor, pas en étage et la proximité du Creek et des lacs en cas de pluies intenses qu'il y a souvent l'hiver me fait craindre des risques d'inondations.

We've stored at PS Sunnyoaks for 3+ yrs and rented units at other PS locations for even longer. Jesse is by far the most conscientious and helpful PM of them all. He listened to our changing storage needs and answered our many questions with poise, confidence, honesty and high degree of knowledge!

I love Public Storage. They really help you. They knew what they were doing, when I didn't know what I was doing. The units are clean and secure. They don't charge what their competitors do and their competitors are no way as good as PS. I know because I've used them before I used PS. I'm so glad I found Public Storage.

Access is very easy to just about all units. Feels very secure and there are multiple driveways to enter. Angelica at the front desk has always been a huge help whenever I need something. Great customer service at a place like this is a huge plus!
Our check-out of the facility was painless, because of Seraphina. She was not going to be working the day of our departure but she gave very helpful, clear instructions on what to do. On the day of the move, a gentleman (Jesse?) was very helpful and communicative with us as well. Prior to our check-out, every time I was at the facility, Seraphina was friendly, professional, attentive, and very knowledgeable. She went above and beyond. Thank you, Seraphina!! Jesse took the time to explain everything to me in great detail, making sure I understood how to access both the facility and my storage unit.

Everything is very automated, making it so much easier. I was impressed by those who were working at the front desk they were all very proactive. My favorite thing is that you can use the phone to open the gate! You don't have to remember a code. It's awesome

I was extremely impressed with Morgan's knowledge and ability to answer all my questions with patience when I came into the office to ask about renting a space. After obtaining a space on line, when opened it I realized it was too small. I came to see her and she helped me update my agreement, and get a bigger space in just a few minutes. I think she is a great property manager, and I will recommend people come see her if they are looking to rent a storage unit.
