I just want say that Angelica’s Customer Service is Above and Beyond what I could’ve expected. I am so pleased that she was the person who helped me. She was very Professional, Knowledgeable, Patient, Helpful, Friendly, Kind, & Caring. She fixed a potentially horrible problem for me, with that I am truly grateful for her kind heart. She is definitely a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ employee and I highly recommend her for any promotions available for her. Ridiculous rate increases. Only had the storage unit there for 6 months and they have raised rates 40%. I need to go back and look at my contract to see if this is even legal. I’ll be moving my stuff out soon.

Angelica was very helpful in getting setup and renting a unit. Process is very streamed lined and her customer service was awesome. Highly recommend if needing extra space to store your stuff.

I rented a unit here several months ago. I asked to be placed on a call list if they had a smaller unit come available. I just looked online, which not only shows several smaller units available but shows units the size I'm renting for $100 a month less! I'll be moving out the end of the month. There are climate controlled units the same size but significantly cheaper at their competitors.

This place is very convenient. I especially like the customer service. I was helped by Angelica. She is a really friendly person and helped me to get the exact size unit I need. She is friendly, approachable and very helpful.Their app and wireless access is very good and convenient. Very economical.

I began renting storage unit 7#8 in February 2023, and to my extreme frustration, I still do not have electricity in my unit after almost a year. Despite numerous discussions with the manager, Angelica, there has been zero progress or resolution. This ongoing issue is not only inconvenient but has now become a significant cause for concern. My attempts to escalate the matter by calling a supervisor and submitting a request through the website's chat feature have proven futile. It is disheartening to experience such a prolonged lack of power in the storage unit without any viable solutions in sight. To compound the problem, I was shocked to see a price increase after just six months of renting the unit. This decision seems highly inappropriate, especially considering the fundamental issue of electricity remains unaddressed. Angelica's apparent lack of responsibility and initiative in resolving this matter is, frankly, the epitome of incompetence. It is my strong recommendation that her position be reconsidered, and necessary actions be taken to rectify the ongoing electricity problem. After enduring almost a year without a resolution, I believe compensation, such as a credit for the inconvenience caused, is not only fair but necessary. Customers should not have to face such challenges without timely and effective solutions. I urge the management to take immediate action, fix the electricity problem, and ensure the responsible parties are held accountable for the lack of service.

1st time using Public Storage on Salmar Ave, Campbell, and turned out to be great overall. I rented out a parking space for my car, access was very easy, code information came to me ahead of checking in, was also able to use the app for quicker access. As to the parking spot, was wide and long enough for my vehicle, overall clean. One special note is the phone call I got from the site responsible operator informing me about my car cover that had come off, which I thought was a great attention. Would definitely recommend this service if anyone needs to store a car for a while.
