Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 18729 E Business Park Dr, Queen Creek, AZ

Facility was great, but Jason was the highlight. Saw him practically every time that we were there and he was always extremely helpful with any questions.

Had a storage unit for about a year here and was easy to set up and in a convenient location. But the real star of the show was Jason. When first setting up my storage unit, he was very helpful and knowledgeable and gave great customer service, which only affirmed my decision to have a storage unit in this location. When I moved everything out, he was able to answer any and all questions I had about the process and help me get everything closed out peacefully. So happy to move onto a new chapter in my life and close this one out, and my unit Public Storage is an integral part of that transitionary period.

Been researching different Public Storage locations for the past week or so. I’m very happy that this was the location I selected. Not only is it in a nice tucked away location, Jason the manager here is great. Friendly, informative, and was able to assist me with the renting of my storage unit and profile set up. Overall, an excellent service experience.

Super convenient location for me and the price is very reasonable. The carts are quite handy. Jason has been the kindest and very helpful to work with. Always informative and happy to answer any questions. The units are clean and easy to access.

This review may become a little lengthy, but I must give details for you to appreciate the review. I needed a quick turnaround like the next day to secure a storage unit. I searched the internet for a storage unit. Public Storage came up, so I did my due diligence and researched the reviews. Public Storage got my vote. The price was right and the size I required was available. I began to complete the online move-in process on the "Express Check-in" set-up user id and password and was assigned a reservation number. The system prompted me to review the tips on moving in, so I read the instructions and tried to proceed with the express check-in the system kicked me out. I attempted to login to finalize the express check-in process, but the system did not recognize my information. So, at this point I was in panic mode I needed to secure a storage unit tonight to move-in the next day. So, I tried virtual customer service to retrieve my account. No matter how I phrase/explained my situation as clearly as I knew how the virtual customer service said "I don't understand please try again" I finally gave up at midnight and gave it to God and went to bed. First thing in the am I contacted Public Storage, explained my situation to the representative. He listened without interrupting me ranting on about my life-and-death situation, so I thought. The person was so patient letting me vent, I thought to myself this must be a supervisor or manager I am speaking with to be this consider of my dilemma. Finally, he introduced himself, "I am Jason, the property manager, and I will do my best to help you. Jason quickly retrieved my incomplete application. He was so calm, cool, and collected, he calmed me down. Jason gave me the option to complete the process online or he would be more than happy to help me with process on the phone. OMG! That was heaven to my ears. I did not want to take a chance of the system kicking me out again. Jason, the property manager, was deeply knowledgeable of the process, he quickly completed my application by phone. He explained the everything to me in detail. Jason was very professional and personable at the same time, you either get one or the other. He was like a breath of fresh air. He was honest letting me know there is a one time administrative fee and there are no hidden fees. He helped me tremendously. He was authentic in wanting to help me he did not rush me he just listened. Even my son-in-law, the one who moved my stuff into the storage unit said "That guy Jason was so helpful he's a super nice guy" Jason is amazing, friendly, patient, and easy to talk with. After being on the phone with him, I was so much at ease. He genuinely was concerned and willing to ensure I was satisfied with the outcome. Jason stayed with me from start to finish. Jason went above and beyond the meaning of customer service. If I could give Jason ten stars I would gladly to so!

We won a storage auction from the location at 18729 E Business Park Drive, Queen Creek, AZ. Jason was very helpful! I’m looking forward to returning to this facility in the future!!

Owner Jason is such a nice man, staff is very helpful with regards to any questions about moving into a unit and genuinely just wants to know if things went well or if there are any issues. The facility seems to be very well maintained as far as maintenance goes and I noticed absolutely no issues whatsoever moving into my unit. Pricing at this location is very cheap; ($62 a month for a 5x10 space + $15 for insurance) and everything is clean cut and super simple to understand. It looks like the facility also offers parking spaces for storing RVs as well as carts to move your belongings which are next to the elevator. Definitely a great company and seems very trustworthy in terms of providing security over my belongings.

Property is very clean

Excellent customer service at this location! Jason is amazing and pays attention to all details regarding the leasing of your storage space. He even came to greet us the first day we arrived to get the keys to the unit and asked if we had any questions. Highly recommend this Queen Creek location.

The only reason this spot gets 5 stars from me is because of Jason. He has always been kind, respectful, and professional. Public storage as a company has largely failed me, with their endless price increases handled by an AI (thats what customer service told me, craziness), but Jason has been an awesome dude! I have rented here in the past and had a great experience. I needed to rerent a space and Jason was extremely helpful. Great price and ease of process has been great. Jason is always helpful, kind, professional and knowledgable when you explain what you need. I definitely recommend storing here! Safe and secure! Easy to get in and get out and carts always ready to use. Very clean!

This is our first experience with a storage unit and Jason was so helpful in answering all my questions about storage and helped me know how much space he recommended and even specifically helped me visualize my furniture stores in the space and how he would store it. He is wonderful at what he does and I couldn’t recommend this specific location and management more highly. I compared with another company and various locations and this specific location and customer service surpassed others. I love how this location is tucked away and hidden making it significantly safer than others I’ve visited and doesnt have theft issues at all. Incredibly safe location with management I trust. Jason the manager is awesome. I showed up wanting to look at the space I had rented ahead of time to ensure it would hold all my things. It ended up being too small, but Jason worked with me, and took me around to see the other sizes to make sure I picked the size that I was comfortable with. He was very nice and very helpful. Jason was great. He helped me open my unit in March and explained everything. I closed it out yesterday and was impressed by the friendly attics I received. I would absolutely rent here again if needed.

After a family emergency that required us to seek fast storage options close to our home, we found Public Storage. Jason at the location helped us get signed up and access to a unit within an hour of placing the call. He was super friendly and gave us all the information necessary . Started out very happy with the unit and service. Rented the unit because i was going to be out of town for 2 years and didnt want to haul everything i owned. 5 months after i rent the unit they raise the rent by $35 per month with only 1 month notice. They have me by the short and curlies since i cant exactly go and change companies. Thanks for caring about your customers.

The error was real which he diligently assisted me in resolving resulting in a successful reservation better even than I initially planned.
