If I could give to this Public Storage location (Baseline Rd. Mesa), I would. Donna was wonderful in every single way. She was very professional, friendly and had lots of patient with me. I got there to pay for my storage unit reservation very close to 5pm (Sat). I offered her to come back the next business day, but she was so kind in helping me to finish the process right there. The unit she assigned me was very clean and has a very good location as well. All in all, I had a great renting experience thanks to Donna.

The lady that runs this location was kind to us. We are grateful for her, but Public Storage as a company is a terrible company to do business with. They kept increasing the rent multiple times, significantly, and kept finding ways to charge us an extra fee. It was my most horrible experience with a storage company so far. I will not use Public Storage ever again but they do have a nice lady working the front counter. My experience was so horrible that I went out and bought a piece of land with a detached garage on it to get out from under this company and rid myself of their toxicity

Really easy using the online application process walked right up to my unit and the lock was waiting for me inside. Didnt really like the location of my unit and I wish it had more accurate sizing online I wouldve went a tad bigger.

First off, I didn't realize how lucky I had gotten picking the location that I ended up picking until it was time to move in (I signed up for the unit online from a different city). The unit was the perfect size and fairly priced for what I needed and it was very easy to access and move in my belongings. There was a lock and information regarding the insurance waiting for me in the unit. Rebecca has been absolutely fantastic with the whole process. I have dealt with her on three different occasions now and every time she has been extremely friendly and informative. She has fully answered all of my questions without hesitation and provided top-notch customer service. I have had to use storage units many times in the past and nobody can hold a candle to the level that Rebecca is on. Public Storage, this girl deserves a pay raise and hearty congratulations for her exemplary work!

Rebecca is extremely helpful and has gone above and beyond her job duties to serve and facilite my needs. I've been a customer with Public Storage for over 5 years and this month I got concerned about making my payment because I'm experience medical issues and have no income coming in. She was able to get my late fee refunded as well as make March's rent cheaper on my unit by $40. Because of the extra steps Rebecca has taken I feel more at ease and I'm able to make my payments. Nice people and helpful but they never answer the phone and I drove back and forth for a week and a half straight trying to pay my storage bill and couldn't get a hold of anybody at any of the public storage locations so I was quite upset.

cannot even explain how rude and short the lady i spoke with on the phone was. When i called to pay my bill she told me it would be $20 charge extra because i called to pay it instead of going into the storage facility. ABSOLUTE horrible customer service from the corporate line.

Worse experience ever. We reserved a unit, CONFIRMED the unit, received emails confirming the unit. Rented a trailer to move everything but when we got there they did not actually have the unit! Big waste of time and money. District manager tried to get us to move to a different location at a higher rate. Big bait and switch operation. Just be careful that what you are trying to rent is actually available.

We stored our stuff here while showing our house because they had the best rate. Great customer service, taking precautions during COVD-19 with distancing and masks, and easy in and out of our unit. Highly recommend!

A clean, well monitored facility; they even have dollies indoors to help you get your stuff from car to unit. Definitely recommend this place! Rebecca was VERY helpful, both on the phone (I asked a lot of questions about the insurance) & when I arrived to sign the paperwork for my unit. One of the ladies was very kind and she let us know our 2nd payment is due at the end of November, we signed up Oct 26th and we got a phone call November 2nd, two back to back calls early in the morning to remind me the payment is due at the end of November and would I like to make it. Uhm no, like we said, we will take care of it before then, it's only been a week since we got the storage. I was very angry because it was early, two back to back calls, one voice mail was left prior to the second call and I have an infant that doesn't sleep through the night yet, so those calls had me fuming. Besides that though, it was all good!

Meaghan was exceptionally kind and professional in assisting us with loading personal property Left Behind at auction. Public storage has always been considerate and helpful with our storage needs.

Nice clean area to store your stuff for a decent price

I do not like public storage there was not enough carts when I was there and someone stoled a box from me some nasty lady who was moving in or out at the same time I was and she literally stoled some of my belongings I would not use a public storage again

New to town just stopped in to check prices and what not and was amazed how helpful and nice the staff was. Most places I've been so far the employees have been rude, not know their prices or would say a different price from the phone to enquiring in person. Michelle I think her name was was very friendly and was actually knowledgeable about what they had to offer. Dealing with her made my day.

I was very happy signing on at this place. The staff has been really nice, yet overly pushy about a 5 star rating. I waited to give an honest opinion and it’s been ok. The units inside the climate control have no ceiling closed off between units, so thankfully I’m not storing a bed or anything. Also, they apparently have you pay your first month, or two, as I opted, and then say your delinquent on the third when I’m on Auto-pay.... lucky to have two stars. I’ll be moving my stuff to another location when I’m able.
