I have used this storage unit for a good amount of time!! I feel safe here and I have not had any problems. I often visit, to grab what I may need, and am always greeted by the incredible staff! My absolute favorite is Sandy! Please give that sweet woman a raise- she deserves it!!! My goodness, just a Rockstar of a human. I absolutely adore her kindness and willingness to check on me when I get distracted and sit in my hot car...just a little too long 🔥 🌞 Sandy will bring water out to ya- she will ask if you need a roller cart to help you do your moving. She is alwayyyyys cleaning or sweeping something- I keep telling her to wear a hat....she's gonna get skin cancer out here 😒 maybe y'all could put a shade of some sort over the top of the units to help reduce the heat? Other than that...I have zero complaints haha! Just a lovely company and at least the inside units are nice and air conditioned! They even keep the bathroom clean, which is always appreciated. Thank you again to all the staff, but especially Sandy. This world needs more people like you! #GiveSandyABigRaise 👏
Sandy’s a great lady
Monday night I reserved a unit online. Tuesday morning I got a call from Sandy checking in with me and making sure all my needs were met and confirmed all my information. When I moved in, Sandy was quick, prompt and EXTREMELY friendly. So far so good!
Sandy was superb with her excellent service and friendliness! She made helpful suggestions and always answered our questions promptly and thoroughly!
I had storage here for quite a while and always had comfort that my belongings were safe. The staff are always pleasant and understanding. Great location for storage, I highly recommend!!!!!
This is an ok storage facility, but they raise their rates every 6 months by $100. Last year we started at $259 and now we are being charged $459. Buying a storage container would have been more cost effective in the long run.

I paid for one month rent online and only used my unit for two weeks. Upon me vacating, I let a gal in the office know that I have left and she informed me to leave my unit door open for inspection and to keep my key unlocked which I did. Here we are two days later and I have received three phone calls today being harassed by this office from Sandy, and another lady who refuses to tell me her name, threatening to send me to collections for not paying January’s rent. I moved my stuff in on December 17 and moved my stuff out on January 2. I was informed my account would be closed and now I am being harassed. I will be contacting the BBB and anyone else that I need to, to stop these harassing phone calls. I’ve already told the last gal to place me on her do not call list as she kept talking over me and proceeded to hang up on me. Way to do business so unprofessional!

This place has served me very well for its convenience of location. Ease of access with the app. I was disappointed the issues of the app, but storage location was keen to remind me of my bills and thank you for doing so as I like notifications for important things. They also called to offer to setup the newer version of their app. Thanks you all helped in a pinch.

best storage experience ever. Lacey made it easy from start to finish. friendly and knowledgeable with all my stupid questions. if there was a 6th star it would be hers.
Always super clean. We have an indoor unit so it’s nice and bright in there. We’ve visited our unit at night and we feel safe with the security access control feature on the door but also because every area is lit so bright. We have good piece of mind knowing our personal belongings are secured and we can access those belongings with no friction.
Staff is top-notch as well. They go above and beyond for sure. Lacey is the manager and we usually interact with her when we are around. She is always so supportive; helped us find the right size unit, little things here and there that go a long way in our books, like offering water during the hot months, holding doors for us, offering little trash bags during our move in, and just being personable when we are around. We can’t say enough! Highly recommend this location, it’s the right fit for our community!
