Miss Kayla answered all of my questions. I'll be moving after the new year, and can't wait to start my storage adventures with Kayla.
I had an outstanding experience with Public Storage. The facility is clean, secure, and very well-maintained. A huge shoutout to the property managers, Kayla and Lissa, who went above and beyond to help me find answers I needed about my unit. Their professionalism and friendly attitude has made my experience great.
All the employees at every location we've been too are amazing and helpful. Great customer service. The only down fall is the customer service call center never has anybody that understands what I'm talking about and I have to explain it two or three times. It's ridiculous.

I was helping a friend move into his space. The Property Manager, Laura stopped by just to check on us to make sure the space was working out. It's not everyday that you find customer service past completing the contract, but she was great!
