Ended up renting at a place closer to my house, but the lady who runs this place is so nice, and the property is tucked back in a business district. Seems like a good option.

The district manager for this facility called me today. He is checking into why there was no lock on my unit and refunded my money for this past month, as well as, also replacing my lock.
I am very satisfied with the outcome of this situation. And appreciate the timely consideration of the district manager with this issue.
My lock was cut that I PAID $20 for, AND NO WHERE IN THE CONTRACT DOES IT SAY THAT YOU CUT LOCKS!! YOUR COMPANY LEFT MY STORAGE UNIT EXPOSED TO THEFT AND SOMEONE WAS INSIDE MY UNIT BECAUSE THE CUT LOCK WAS LEFT INSIDE THE UNIT!! No other company owned lock was put in its place either!
I tried several times to make a payment online but it kept declining my card and I called and spoke to someone about the issue before the lock was ever cut back in March!
I moved out of state and therefore was unable to in person make a payment until April 11th.
I’m extremely upset about this and will be leaving a negative review online and social media!
