Excellent service
People are helpful and nice. However, after our “introductory period” (1yr) was over, rent increased significantly every 2-3 months. We started at $80 (web discount) now, our rent is close to $400 when the same units are renting full price for $100 something. Not cool. Apparently they don’t want long term storing.

The convenience of this location is great. Kristi was great and walked me through the process of securing my unit. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. It’s great to see employees that love their job. I would recommend this storage to anyone.

The lady who works here is great. My only real problem is that my unit was a spider infested dump - stored mostly cheap furniture there (no food), and yet by the time I moved out ~6 months later, there were just swarms of spiders of varying sizes all over my furniture (some smaller ones got into the sealed boxes somehow). I’m still in the process of unpacking, and I seriously hope I don’t find a spider egg sack in there - the thought of one of those popping is nightmare fuel. Thank goodness I’m not afraid of spiders. I shouldve just paid extra for the indoor, temperature controlled storage, which presumably shouldn’t be infested with bugs.
I like the convenience of this location, and Harriet is wonderful. I have one bad thing to say and that is every 3 to 6 months the rent goes up. I started at $89.00 for a year and a half, 4 months ago the rent went up to $100.00. and i just learned that it is going up to $114.00 by October 1st. All i have is a 9' x 10'.
2 stars because Harriet is awesome. But the dry wall fell off the wall in my unit breaking stuff.
I cannot be more satisfied with the customer service I had today. I did everything online, which was fill out my ID information, and I also made sure I made her job easier. But when I came in I had so many questions about insurance, how to access the storage, because it was my first time, and a bunch of other random questions. Long story short if you are looking for great customer service, very and I mean very affordable prices look no further. I don’t know how the other staff are, but if they are all like Kimberly Bass, you can bet that you are going to have a wonderful experience. Thank you Kimberly if you’re reading this you’ve made life easier for me.

My husband and I need a small storage unit while we clean out my late uncle's home. Harriet was incredibly sweet and took the time to show us several options. She was friendly and knew her stuff! We got a great price on exactly the room we need at this time.
Ms. Harriet is a jewel. She made our experience a great one. We had initially rented one storage unit and she was very informative about the type of unit with the two doors. We decided that we would go with that one and all the paperwork was completed for it. Once my husband measured and determined that the width may not be large enough, we changed to the same size unit with only one wider door. Harriet was extremely patient with us through all of our back and forth. She never became frustrated with us; she remained nice, professional and pleasant at all times. She truly is a jewel with the right personality to work with the public.
I had no problems when I entered into contract. However, when I went to my storage locker after paying my bill I found it pad locked and no one was in the office to remove it. The problem was taken care of within the hour but it should never have happened

The customer service here at Public Storage was amazing. I’m glad I chose them to storage my items. The have great prices. Marquita the young lady working the front had great customer service skills and was very friendly, extremely polite and helped me get the right-size unit at a great price. So if you’re looking for a storage place this is the place to go too. No storage unit too big or too small that they can’t get for you at a great price.
Absolute scam! They'll draw you in with one price but what they don't tell you is that they'll do a price increase on your specific unit while keeping the price the same for other units for new customers. So whatever you purchase your unit for expect the price to go up by another $20 in 6 months and then it'll go up again in another 6 months. Moving out immediately.
I came in to public storage and Faith was awesome and very helpful she was real patient and made sure all my needs were met I would definitely recommend this location to anyone.
Storage is necessary for anyone. I dont like how front desk is never there or never pick up the phone. The property is peaceful. Management is questionable they raise prices when you talk to them on the phone but your email will give you the correct price. I dont care for sneaky business's. Take your time looking before renting storage here.

The absolute WORST experience from Mark. I go in there because I’m moving out, and my brother is moving in to a home and needed a bigger unit. We have the same address at the moment, and we were not aware that he couldn’t get the $1 special because we had the same address. Mark was extremely rude and condescending from the moment I walked into the door and insinuated that I was trying to “work” the system and get over on them...over a bigger space. I already rented a prior space so what’s the point in that? He accused me and I got defensive because that’s not okay. I will never recommend these guys because I just went through this yesterday trying to get another unit.

As I was going through my things and loading some in the car the staff watched me the entire time. He came over looking into my unit and the back of my vehicle. Yes I had pulled things out because what I wanted was in the back. Nothing was blocking the drive so there was no reason for him to sit in his truck and watch me for over 30 minutes

The facility is very clean and even when it snowed they called to tell me that the driveway was plowed quickly so that we could access our storage! Ora pleasantly surprised me with that phone call because I really need to get in there! I recommend public storage to everyone!

I have had quite a dilemma with my relocation from Houston to Richmond. When my new residence wasn't ready on time Ora came through for me with finding me the perfect storage space at Public Storage. When the full-length eighteen-wheeler arrived and couldn't access that unit, she worked with me to try to find another unit that was easier to get to for the truck. She made this part of my move easy and effortless. She is a huge asset to the company and I highly recommend Public Storage, and Ora, to anyone needing a place to hold their belongings, no matter what size unit they may need. Thank you, Ora!

I have used this particularly storage facility several times, and I have always had a pleasant experience. Adam went above and beyond the other day and I am very grateful that he truly understands customer service.
Cheryl was very helpful in getting me set up for my storage unit, showing me to my space, and letting me know what my options were should the unit not be large enough for my goods. It turns out to be the perfect size for what I had to store. It's also conveniently located – close to I-64. All in all, Cheryl at Public Storage has made this part of my relocation very easy.
