Brittany had Excellent service, good people skills and customer service and very friendly.
We needed a unit last minute. Patrick was extremely helpful in helping us find a unit that would best suit our needs. He was courteous and professional. He made himself available for questions if we had any. We highly recommend using this Public Storage on West Hundred Road in Chester.
My husband and I came to this storage facility over the weekend to look for a unit. We were having some trouble with doing everything online, so we went and spoke with a lovely young lady, Brittany, who was nothing less than kind, very patient, and she was able to assist us with finding the right storage unit. This location was very clean and seemed well taken care of. I highly recommend going by and seeing Miss Brittany.
Patrick did great when it came to getting us a unit. Helped us determine the size we needed. Was patient with our decision making. Even walked us around in the cold. Thorough with explaining the rates. Also was fast with getting us signed up.
