I have to give Lauren the manager at this self storage an A+ plus on how she manages and handles the storage units and how she relates to the customers. She’s been one of the best people I’ve ever known running a storage place like this. And I want to give her high marks. I think the owners of Public Storage should give her a raise. Thank you for all you do Lauren.
This place has been amazing. But I suggest going in durring business hours and deal with the staff and set your rental up. Much more pleasurable than dealing with the online support. There have been hiccups but things were corrected. The only thing I dislike about this location is the lack of lane space between the units. If you have a couple big moving trucks parked unloading in both rows there is no way to exit the back because the there is no single drive around row. I understand it probably rarely happens but let me tell you it’s happened more than once to me. But other than that it’s pretty great place.
My experience at this facility has been amazing. And it's because of Lauren's amazing customer service. She's knowledgeable. Answered all of questions and concerns. Just a super nice lady!

Needed a temporary storage for some furniture and came across Public Storage. Lauren was amazing and even stayed after her shift to make sure we were fully checked in. In the months I’ve had my storage there, Lauren was always accessible, professional, and kind. The facility was always clean and well maintained. Compared to the various negative experiences I’ve had with other storage places, this place was a gem.
Place was great! Always easy access to my storage unit and customer service is top tier. Will recommend to anyone needing storage in San Marcos!
Good place great storage, clean lots of space
After having to deal with previous storage facilities and see how management changes once you become a customer I am very pleased to see that this place has a wonderful property manager, Lauren, that actually still cares even after you are signed up.
Lauren has been very helpful in assisting me in ensuring I get the right movers for my items etc She has gone above in beyond in not just the initial move in but also just being a great human in her everyday interactions.
Job well done Public Storage in finding this gem to manage your property!

Kobe is awesome up here. The facility is clean and bright. Seems rodent free at the time. It’s a new facility so that is a bonus. Only gripe I have is I can’t get 24 hour access to my storage unit. The gate hours at 6am to 9 pm. There is a code and a ton of cameras so a 24 hour gate access shouldn’t be a problem. But they do not offer 24 hour gate access.

I have never rented a storage space before, but I’m so glad I chose Public Storage on Rattler road. The facility is always clean and secure. But the customer service I received from Kobe today was awesome. Kobe was courteous, took the time to hear my issue and resolved it with no problem.
Kobe made the process of renting a storage great! He was super helpful and had amazing customer service skills. I couldn't have asked for a better representative!

Ria is very helpful and kind. I tend to ask a lot of questions and she was not bothered at all by my questions. She was very knowledgeable and answered every one of them. I have had my storage for about 10 months now and this place is always very clean and I have never had any issues with storage here. Ria is on top of everything at this location and manages it very well.
I am extremely pleased with the level of service I received from the staff at Public Storage in San Marcos. Ria, the property manager, and Rick, the district manager, were gracious and helpful, even though the problem I had was entirely due to an error on my part. These two are the soul of customer service, and I recommend this storage facility to everyone!

Amazing!! I went on a random day and a lovely woman named Melody was able to give me a tour of the units and a break down of the pricing of each unit available. Two days later I went back and was helped by this AWESOME woman named Kim. She helped me lease my unit and made sure all of my paperwork was done. I am so touched by Melody and Kim for making the process of putting my stuff in storage as easy as possible. Especially since I’m a college student here in San Marcos. The rates are the cheapest compared to the other storages in San Mo and all units are climate controlled too!! Can’t beat that. Awesome staff, service and quality!!
