Young lady at the front office is amazing
I absolutely loved the two woman working the front desk. I have kept my storage unit for almost two years and on my move out day they were a HUGE help. Not only understanding and kind but genuinely good people! They provided us with waters and trash bags durning our move out & even offered to help throw away some items we no longer wanted!! I highly recommend storing your belongings with them as it’s a trustworthy and clean premises but with people who are humane and don’t only care about your money but your experience and satisfaction!

Purchased a new travel trailer and needed a place to park it. Went in and saw Michelle, she hooked me right up and I parked my unit. I had some trouble getting out of the spot I was assigned, so Michelle walked the property and we found a better spot. All the ladies at the Copperas Cove location are very courteous, friendly and polite. If you need to rent a spot, I definitely recommend this one!

May 3, 2024 was called and set meet at noon at office having trouble with banking card no one was there waited 20 mins saw several people come and go disappointed office closed wasted 20 mins of my 30 min lunch break please hire more help

Since storage units were taken over by Public Storage...
It's near impossible to see or speak with a physical person on site. On the door there's a QR code to rent a space without even having looked at the unit and a phone number that if you don't currently have a unit there is no option to speak to a real person.
After renting a space they raise the rent every 6 months and every 3 months after that. It is literally cheaper to move to a new and larger unit every 6 months.

Antonette and Michelle did so much to make me feel welcome. They happily escorted me around the property (in the cold) to numerous locations so that I could see all of the available options. They literally spent about two hours with me going over all of the details and putting up with my endless questions. I am so comfortable with my decision simply because of their customer service. I truly appreciate them both!
The fees are changed at whim. I rented the unit years ago, under a company bought out by them and the door needed repairs under the old owners. To date, it remains undone with them being made aware. They have told me that the rates were changed and it's because of the demand in the larger areas. No emails or notifications were sent. Be wary!

I originally thought this place was great until I realized they were nice just because they wanted the good reviews glad I never gave them one. Let me tell you these folks don’t care about you or anything other than money. I paid my payment for the month have the statement from my bank where it cleared to them and everything and I was told they did not receive payment and I will not be able to get into my storage until they received the now higher payment. When I said I will not be making a double payment when I’ve already paid the lady tells me “ then it looks like you won’t be getting your things” well looks like I got my things. My issue is she did not care did not want to help she was just flat out rude and that’s only when someone finally answered the phone. If I could give this place negative stars I would. This place is also disgusting I have to separate all of my stuff and get all the spiders the spider eggs geckos ants and roaches out of my things. The reason I even went to this place was because I seen reviews that’s it was clean and this and that. Well I’m here to tell you it’s not! DO NOT STORE YOUR THINGS HERE!!!! unless you want an infestation of all kinds of bugs.
I am fighting stage 4 breast cancer and I was receiving help in paying my storage bill. I ended up moving from Texas to another state. I have tried getting a hold of whoever is in charge over there. When I finally get a hold of someone I am being told I can’t hear you and the next thing I know they hang the phone up. The morning of the auction they received a check to clear my bill. And the next thing I know is my unit was sold. Even though they received the payment. Now I have been calling and now I don’t get an answer and all I want is all my important papers and my pictures. I will never do business again because of the way I was treated here by the people who are working there. I just want my stuff back please and thank you.

I have been trying to get ahold of someone out of the Copperas Cove business and all I get is I can’t hear you and they hang on me. I no longer live in Texas I am Colorado fighting terminal stage four breast cancer. And I’m trying to get them to give my friends permission to go pick up my stuff and I don’t even know if they have any of my important stuff that was brought back to them by the seller.
Love this place! I recently went here and they have such clean storage units! Shawna is the worker that helped me out and she is so kind. If you need a storage space for an affordable price I’d definitely recommend this place!

BY FAR THE BEST STORAGE I’VE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!! First of all, the staff was extremely helpful. I always have a million questions when it come to storages because i need to be 1000% sure that my valuables are safe. They answered all of my million questions without a single ounce of frustration! Once i finally agreed, the unit looked like it had been scrubbed by a maid service, i mean it was absolutely spotless to say the least (front office space as well)! I would recommend using this storage company even if you didn’t need one, THEY’RE THAT GOOD! Definitely 10 stars if i could give it to them! Thank you so much, you will be seeing me again!
So I went in today to try and run a storage unit and was a little iffy on prices but I was shocked when I saw how affordable they were! I believe a worker named Shawna helped me and she was so kind . It’s such a clean and organized place!
Rented a unit today and got my code which did let me into the gate but wouldn’t unlock the building at all or any door. I downloaded the app too which worked for the gate but not the building. I called the property manager 4 times and left voicemails and she never returned my call and I couldn’t extend my U-Haul rental so I had to go use U-Haul self storage. Customer service online was no help at all either. I do not recommend at all. The stairs were nasty full of spider webs and huge eggs in the webs and it looked trashed.. a lot of non running vehicles in the parking lot and old code things that do not work at all. I will be there tomorrow morning for a full refund and if it isn’t given I will take to to corporate until something is fixed.

This storage is horrible. I put stuff in this storage and all types of bugs (roaches, ants, spiders, etc.), geckos, and other creatures have taken over. I haven't been able to utilize the storage since we leased it out and now they are trying to make me pay for it. When I went to get my things out all types of eggs were on my things so I refused to take the belongings until they did pest control. They now have locked my storage and are trying to take me to auction in Sept 2023. They still haven't had anyone come out to do the pest control and the DM has not even bothered to call to fix the issue. Also, the lady who works there is a previous neighbor of my mine who is absolutely rude and has never been a friendly person. I had an altercation with her and I believe she put me in that unit on purpose. My life belongings are in that storage including my newborns things. I would/will NEVER rent from this storage again. I just moved and am not able to take anything with me.

Sal is a very helpful representative for Public Storage. He gives a great explanation on everything that has to be done.
Went here the other day to get a unit. I told them upfront that I needed a unit with 24 hour access. They said fine, I filled out the paperwork and paid the initial $50, it dropped to $30 because I had my own lock and insurance. They then showed me an inside unit, down a hallway, that smelled of mold, and I explained that I needed a unit I could drive up to, and unload my truck. They showed me a few outside units. I found one to my liking. Then they told me that it was only accessible from during the day. I told them again, that I needed 24-hour access. Then they informed me that they don't have an outside unit with 24-hour access. So, I cancelled the rental. However, they decided to keep my money. I called today to find out why the charge hadn't be credited back to my account, and after talking to several people, and eventually someone they told me was a supervisor, Kevin, they all said that they weren't able to refund my money for a rental that didn't actually happen. BEWARE shady business practices, and a lack of integrity. When they knew, up-front, what I needed, they should have told me then that they didn't have it. Instead, they took my money, then told me they didn't have it, and refused to give my money back. So, I'll be contacting the Consumer Affairs branch of the Texas AG's office to try and get this resolved.

We were reached out to by the managers who apologized and did try to rectify the situation. Unfortunately because of the way the other female employee treated us originally, we did not feel comfortable using their facility. However, I can tell by the managers efforts and kindness that this was an isolated situation and the company truly does care about their customers and military families. I would recommend others give them a try.
This place totally screwed us. They promised us a unit and knew we needed to register it online. They knew my husband is active duty and had a very short window to be there from out of state to fill the unit. We spent hundreds on plane tickets and U-Hauls and literally days before his arrival they are going to call and tell us they gave our non 24 hr unit away and the only unit available now is not able to be rented on line.
Professional, helpful, kind, and they make you feel like you are welcomed. Trena helped me today around 1130am and she was knowledgeable, helpful and the confirmation I got from us conversing was amazing.
Antoinette was awesome in assisting me this morning. She most definitely deserves a pay raise. Plus we got the same name so yaaaay!

Antoinette the property manager was extremely helpful got us keys and the exact unit we wanted the same day we called! It was a downstairs, climate controlled 24/7 access unit! We even got a deal where the first month was only a $1! She even sold us a lock for the unit, let us use a dolly, and offered to give us some boxes!! She was very accommodating and pleasant! I also had my two kids with me and she was so sweet with them! 10/10 reccoment getting a unit here and dealing with Miss Antoinette! 😀
