Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 850 FM 2001, Buda, TX

I meet with managers Troy and Aries yesterday. They were knowledgeable, listened well and helpful in solving my problem. I was very pleased.

I had a great experience renting here. The facility is always clean, well-lit, and the carts were always available. Aries was amazing, super helpful, friendly, and always able to answer any questions I had. His customer service is outstanding. I only ended my rental because I moved back to Houston, otherwise I’d still be here. No complaints at all. Highly recommend!

My experience here has been amazing. Kobe had been very informative and helpful while I had been looking for a storage unit for the summer. He made the move in process very easy for me and I couldn’t be more satisfied.

Kobe was a great help getting me a good deal on a spacious unit for my businesses overstock. He even went the length to help me move a heavy item when nobody else was around! Great young man, thank you Kobe!

Our experience so far has been wonderful. Kobe was very kind and extremely helpful when we showed up to rent a unit. This place is much cleaner than the storage we moved out of, and we so appreciate that they provide carts! Makes unloading/loading so much easier. We are definitely happy with our decision to move to this location.

Came in 30min before closing on 3/31/25. Staff was amazing and super helpful! Did get a unit with a great location and cleanliness! Prices are reasonable definitely recomend !

Called the property recently and was greeted by a very professional and energetic manager named Ria. She answered all my questions in regards to my reservation and helped me understand the process. Definitely recommend. She was great!

I really am impressed with this place. I have been reluctant to rent a unit in the past but I don't regret spending my money on this one. It is very clean, convenient and safe. If you need a storage space, don't hesitate and pick one like this. You won't regret it!

Public Storage-Buda so far has been relatively efficient w/staff and clean compared to my previous experience with Public Storage Bed White. I am grateful that this location nicer.

My experience with this public storage was very good. The building was clean and it had several good quality flatbed push carts available. It really helped me save on the amount of trips and time it took when moving items and boxes into the unit. The staff at this location were very attentive as well. Staff will walk thru the complex at regular intervals to make sure all the units are secure. I actually forgot to slide my lock over one time leaving my unit door shut but not locked. I received a call from them notifying me of this so quick! They let me know my unit had not been disturbed but that they wanted to make sure I was aware so that I could lock it up ASAP. I had no idea I didn't lock it up! I was very grateful for the heads up because I was not planning on going back to my unit for at least a month and it could have been left unlocked the whole time if not for them being so observant and diligent. The only thing I didn't like was that you can not access units after 9pm, but that's a corporate issue. The staff have no say or control over the hours and it's a company set policy so that's why they still get 5 stars from me. The staff there deserve recognition for the great job and service they provide their customers.

Recently visited this location with my friend to move some furniture. We had a problem accessing our unit and was helped by the attending worker. She greeted us with a smile, was courteous and helpful in getting our problem resolved. We highly recommend and thank you Alyssa!

I spoke with Kobe on the phone because I had problems reserving a storage room online. He helped me in every way that was needed to rectify the issues I had and to get the storage room I need. He was kind, courteous, and very professional. I was happy to have dealt with him.

I've rented a storage unit a few years ago. It didn't compare. This place was the simpliest process with the most courtesy. I must say I was impressed with the knowledge and helpfulness of the two staff members who waited on me. It makes me feel safer knowing that they know what they're doing and can make it such a simple process for their customers. I give it a ☆☆☆☆☆ I'll update this and let you know how much they gauge you with rent increase in 6 months. Everyone needs to try to get rich. People don't care what our country is going thru and try to help. Only profit matters these days. No Heart.

Couldn't ask for more. The facility is climate controlled and state of the art. It's also very reasonably priced and the staff was on top of everything.

Our 1st move in was today & of ALL days, the 1 ELEVATOR they have was broken & our storage was on 3rd FLOOR!! So we only took our light large bins & it was the most INCONVENIENT experience. We're not happy about it. PM says that they may not be able to get the elevator fixed 'til another 2-3 days. I feel that inconveniences like this, we should be compensated somehow with our 1st monthly payment. Update: 7/19/24- A few days ago I had a horrible 1st move in experience. My unit's on the 3rd floor & the elevator was out of service. Due to already having a truckload of items, my partner & I decided to lug the lighter items to & fro the stairs to the 3rd floor. We had to return home w/ the heavier bins & unload it again. I gave my unhappy review. PS responded to my frustration & apologized for the inconvenience & gave me credit for the future payments. Elevator was fixed immediately. I appreciate PS' immediate assistance & was very helpful. Thank you Ms.Nan for ALL your help!
