I have used Public storage for many years. As inflation and the economy is changing it was time for a move. However, I have always been fond of this location. Shana has always been a great help. She was always patient and kind. On some occasions she has acted a concierge in pointing me in the right direction to different businesses. I highly recommend Shana. She is an assest to any business. I had the pleasure of meeting Brittany, Sue, and Lydia. I had a reservation at Lydia property 1st but I need a bigger unit . she did a great job by helping me find a unit a yacht, Sue was so sweet and kind by show me two unit that she feel will had work for me, but the unit was inside which I didn't need I want outside unit.. So Sue help me find a unit that was outside and a great price at marshland .Brittany was so wonderful by show me the unit walking me thru the lease. My day turn out great. Thanks again y'all was wonderful because at end I got a great unit at awesome price and my packing supplies.

Andy was very personable and friendly. Greeted immediately and listened to my needs. But nothing was available. Gave directions to a secondary location. While I was driving, a current user called and cancelled their hold on a unit. Secondary location informed me, I returned back to Andy and signed up. Gave me a tour of the facilities, explained requirements, locks, codes, numbers, etc.. Could not have asked for better service. I hated to have to rent space, but I am thankful I found Andy and Public Storage.

Awesome service from Samantha! We just arrived in town, after a 5 day journey from Chicago. We were unable to keep our UHaul overnight at our friend's house. We called Public Storage and they were so friendly and helpful. We arrived about 15 minutes before closing and Samantha was great in helping us and getting our paperwork filled out quickly and efficiently! Thanks!

We have had our storage there for several years. It was Morningstar Storage at the time. Now it is Public Storage. I have seen 100% improvement since Public took over. We met the on-site manager, Sam, and feel she has been doing a wonderful job. She keeps the grounds very clean and she is so friendly. We feel that security is better now that Samantha is working snd living there. Samantha keep up the great work. We enjoy seeing you friendly face when visiting our storage.
We are planning to put our house on the market soon and just needed to clear our home of the personal items and extra stuff that we didn't use on a regular basis. I called several storage facilities on the island and found Public Storage to be the most reasonable pricing by a long shot. When I went in to "purchase" a unit, the young lady at counter was very pleasant, smiling the entire time, and was extremely efficient without rushing through things. She was careful to explain each paper I was signing. I would definitely recommend Public Storage on Marshland Road to friends.

She was super friendly, informative and remembered us the next time we came by- who else does that? My dentist barely remembers who I am. I would highly recommend this facility to others.
Samantha actually showed me in person where my storage would be. Has an inexpensive outdoor lot for my car. Just what I was looking for.
