I was quite overwhelmed with this move and Noelle patiently answered all of my questions and concerns. When I arrived to meet my movers Noelle was there to meet me and show me my storage units. Yeah I just wanted to share my experience at this particular public storage in Clifton heights PA I've been having a lot of trouble with my accounts and they express that they don't take cash they need a physical card and despite all the trouble I was having the young man named Carter was able to simultaneously train a young lady and also show me what to do to get around the problems that I was facing and also finished the reservation which I had started this morning and all in all it was the most excellent customer service I've ever had I think everyone should visited the storage spot and having a great experience like I had asked for Carter...

Facility is kept very clean and secure. I have witnessed employees, specifically Brandon, making rounds throughout the facility. Various sized spaces are offered at this safe location. Management of your account is easy and seem less through the website. Reminder emails are sent out to ensure timely payment for space.
I rented a unit for the first time so I wasn’t too familiar with room sizes and how many/type of items a unit could hold. The manager on duty was Cindy and she was great helping me choose the perfect unit for the items i needed stored. Nikisha was awesome. I was going thru a mid life crisis about moving. An nikisha knew exactly what I needed once I told her my situation. She was the only one there maintaining the property. Everything was so clean and neat. I loved how she kept it together when customers was upset about the drive up doors. I was to, but they will get it fix eventually I hope lol. Is this place is very good because you pull your truck in and you load it up or offload it and you are out of the heat but the only downfall is if there are too many people you cannot fit in there but overall it's a decent place
So let's change this review from 4 to 5 stars. Dealt with Brandon (I hope I got his name right, I suck at names) on Friday the 14th 2022. I signed up for a unit for myself and he was super helpful and polite. After we moved in we found a unit closer to where I needed to be (taking some stuff out of an overflowing locker into my own) qnd decided to see of he was willing to help me move units. Went upstairs thinking the worst except he eagerly swapped me over with zero issues and none of the "dude seriously I don't feel like it attitude" super super helpful. Move employees should be like him. 👍 A+++++ all around. Thanks

I was nervous about placing my valuables in a storage unit after hearing so many horror stories. I did my research and came across public storage in Clifton. I was greeted by Brandon, the manager and expressed all of my concerns. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient with my list of questions. Brandon gave me a tour of the storage units which were surprisingly to my standard of immaculate. The process was easy and I feel confident about the security of my possessions. Quality of customer service has definitely declined over the years and I appreciate the staff providing a positive experience for me. I will be referring my friends and family to this location from now on!

I think this place and the manager is awesome. The facility is clean and well lite. The manager is friendly and professional as well as being knowledgeable of the process and facility. The storage spaces are also clean, safe spacious (depending on the unit rented). I moved from a storage facility that I had to use the Buddy system because it was not well lit or clean. Thank you to the staff of Public Storage Clifton Heights. Great Job keep up the great work.
