Everyone I’ve spoken to has been so nice a helpful. I can’t remember the name of the lady that gave my codes and whatnot, but when I was at my space yesterday and had questions, the lady cleaning, Danni or Dani maybe? She was super helpful and I really appreciated her taking the time to make me feel less anxious about not being familiar with how things work there.
This is my first storage space, but I’ve visited and helped friends with their storage spaces at other businesses and this is for sure a nicer storage space. It even has a built in pull string light in the middle so I didn’t need to figure out lighting while I’m there.
I also really love that there’s the option for being able to have 24/7 access for a little extra money and I also like that there’s app unlocks the gates in and out so I don’t have to remember a code.
Overall, great experience so far and I would recommend this storage place.

EDIT:Turned out there was a miscommunication with the staff and the staff member who told us that we could drill the lock hadn’t informed the staff member on duty. I am updating my initial review to five stars because they did end up allowing us to drill our lock. This was a frustrating experience but it was not the fault of the employees. The employees have been really great since then and have gone above and beyond to offer great service.
Literally having the worst experience with this place. I rented a storage unit for my retail business and I have had it for less than a month. I went to pick up some items to ship last Friday and someone had attempted to break into my storage unit and broken their key off in the lock. Due to the nature of my work it is very important that I ship orders on time. Turns out that they have no way to get into a storage unit when something like this happens. The gal working said that they need to call their locksmith but she was unable to give me any idea of a timeline on how long it would take. I asked her if I could hire someone to come do it and she said yes, as long as someone was there to supervise the drilling of the lock, so I found someone who could do it and we went during the hours that she provided to me and nobody was there. I called them again today (Sunday) and now they are saying that I actually can’t hire my own person but they need authorization paperwork before they can have their person come out. WHY IN THE WORLD DID THEY NOT HAVE US FILL OUT THE AUTHORIZATION PAPERWORK ON FRIDAY?! They are still refusing to give a timeline. I’m beyond frustrated and 100% regretting moving my inventory over there because as it stands it’s completely useless to me. I can’t even give my buyers an estimated shipping date because they won’t give me any idea of when I might be able to access my unit. They have offered no sort of refund or compensation for the losses. As of now I’m paying $100/month for a storage unit that I have NO IDEA when I will be able to access. I obviously do not recommend this place.

Make sure you take your lock when you move out to avoid extra charges. I forgot and ended up with a full month's bill afterwards. I noticed a few days later, but that wasn't their fault. They left me a voicemail that I missed the day after move out, and the district manager, Jen, reached out to me later and took care of the bill for me. I was extremely impressed with how they handled the situation, and I will definitely store here again in the future. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and they seem to really care about their customers' experiences. Thanks guys!
