So first of all I would like to apologize. I'm pretty sure I dealt with Tyler, I even asked his name and then promptly forgot it 30 seconds later because I am scatterbrain sometimes. So I will add to the posts below that Tyler is amazing and if it wasn't Tyler working on the 15th then all this praise should go to the awesome dude who was behind the counter, and I'm sorry for forgetting your name. I had made an online reservation for a storage unit. Showed up probably 30 minutes later, Tyler got me all set up. Showed me how to use the app and if that doesn't work, how to find the unlock code without having to dig through my emails. The whole process was completely painless, dude had me in and out, in about 10 minutes and I was storing my first stuff away.

Tiffany was awesome she took me to look at a couple different sizes we talked about what my needs were. She explained everything to me in detail and went over everything so there was no confusion great personality sweet little gal doing her job hundred percent.

Been renting with public storage for years now and they consistently treat us terribly. Poor response time, terrible customer service, a HORRID phone tree for calling in with questions and constantly increasing rates. their business model seems to be to increase customers rates as high as they can until the customer notices, then backpedal to try and keep them, or force them out. They just don't care and will take advantage of you.

Tylor was the most helpful person I’ve ever encountered at a storage facility, friendly, cheerful, willing to help me with whatever I needed help with responds promptly to any requests or problems. You may have highly recommend this location in Public Storage.

They will rob you if you stay their to long and lot of hidden fees watch out

Few months ago we moved into a storage and we are more than 5 breaking within a year that we've been there don't understand how is possible that someone would just drive off Out of the parking space with a trailer without the manager even knowing that the trailer's leaving They drove off with my trailer with more than $20000 in equipment call the public storage and all he said was that there was nothing they can do they don't care about your stuff all day care it's about the money you're giving them This is the worst place to rent from I have rented from other places before and no one has stole for me being an inside the parking storage this is the only place that we had more breaking we have been losing money but we rent from here because we are close for home we'll be looking for another place soon I would not recommend this place to anyone is the worst place..........

The onsite manager, Tyler was a very nice and down to earth guy. He went out of his way to help us out. Gave us store hours for other properties and was extremely helpful.

The manager, Tyler, here is absolutely wonderful! He is always nice and easy to work with. I've had problems with the facility itself and as much as he would like to help me he has been instructed not to address these things by the district manager. The biggest problem I have with Public Storage is they don't seem to care if I can see inside my unit. I'm currently moving from a unit that has a functioning light in it to another unit that has two lights in it that don't work. I have brought this up and he said the district manager told him not to repair lights any longer because people modify them to have the ability to plug things in. I feel that if I'm moving into a new unit that I should have functioning lighting inside my unit, but it would be understandable to not repair something that I modified or broke after the fact. What if I trip and break a bone inside my unit because I can't see? How is it fair that my neighbor has a working light but I do not? What if I was elderly and I tripped in my unit and shattered my hip? I lose roughly 35%- 40% of my daylight accessibility hours because of this and it doesn't seem fair that others have functioning lights for the full access time. Does my rent not pay the electricity here? If I pay my rent on time every month I should have full amenities and accessibility. It feels like discrimination that one person would have functioning lights and another would not.
