Heidi is the sweetest. I have stored here for 6 months, I've never had an associate help like she has. Hold onto her for dear life. The unit was safe, secured and clean. I would store here again. Its easy to load and unload. Always carts. There's a restroom if need be. I forgot to lock up my unit before leaving, Heidi noticed within 30 minutes of my departure and secured my unit with a temporary lock. They care!

Rented a small space due to a move. Very easy to complete online. The reservation process, access and maintenance in the app are intelligent and reliable. The units are indoors! Their location is seconds from the freeway and in a busy shopping area. This is a plus for me for planning.
The day after I purchased, there was a sale on a larger unit for online rental only. I was allowed to switch and it was seamless, except the weather and a couple intermittent internet issues. Heidi is the property manager I have dealt with and she is awesome. Always smiling and professional. Inclement weather or not, she is there and always friendly and helpful. If there is a question she needed assistance with she sought out the response right away and did not keep me waiting.
The app is very user friendly. Public Storage has electronic access to entry and exit gates. Flatbeds are there for customers to utilize during the visit.
Public Storage also sells moving supplies.
I recommend Public Storage!

I have been storing my supplies while me and my boyfriend move in together officially. I am pleased to say that I have always had a pleasant experience here! There has been a few rare occasions where the gates were unavailable, but at that point we had already moved so we could just walk through the main entrance and gain access to our unit that way. Heidi was very kind, telling us where she will be around the building at that times, incase we need her for any reason. Top notch customer service!

The facility is pretty clean and they had a good amount of carts for customer use. I only had my things there for two days and did have an issue the lock situation but it was quickly fixed by management. Overall I would rent here again and would recommend for short or long-term stays.

Tell me you’re an adult without telling me you’re an adult, I’ll go first. Words can’t describe how excited this new storage unit made me. I am accustomed to everything being more difficult than it needs to be, but not this place. We walked in on a Sunday and had our new unit packed up in 20 minutes. Chyna is beyond friendly and helpful and the indoor loading area and free loading carts really are so nice to have. Really love this place y’all made my week thank you!
