Started off at 80 dollars and quickly jumped up to 140 then 180. They never answer the phone and trying to get a hold of someone in between a full time schedule is incredibly frustrating. Facility decent and location is good.

Never had an issue with this storage place! The staff is friendly; Natalie has always been helpful and diligent in lock checks (I didn’t close mine all the way once and she was fast to check in). It’s very clean and easy to access.

Natalie was extremely helpful, and courteous when I was inquiring about a storage unit. She gave me a tour of the facility and was very informative. I was happy with her service and decided to rent a unit from Public Storage.
State of the art facility and very secure. But only have TWO HAND CARTS for residents for the entire property. Hundreds of units and no way to load/unload your stuff and it’s four stories…
I spoke to Natile and she went over and above to try and handle my ever increasing storage rate. She inquired and of course it was denied, but hats off to Natalie for trying

Public Storage is the absolute worst storage facility I ever rented at. There is no one in the office to help you when you have any issue-- it just sits there empty most of the time (and if you leave a message they never call back). The units are not secure, as the exit door has been broken for months. Anyone can walk in and wander the halls. If you come into the loading area with your car, you're expected to back it out the entrance door. Someone tried to break my lock recently, but luckily did not succeed. The parking is ridiculous-- inside there is usually someone blocking other vehicles, making it hard to leave once you're done. I found it easier to park outside to avoid that, but it required more walking. There are only two moving carts for the entire facility, so people are constantly waiting for one to become available. It's also rather dirty-- no one to clean it and no trash cans. Every place I ever rented had on-site managers who were there during business hours. This is the worst excuse for a storage facility that I've ever encountered. They're cheap, I'll give them that-- but that's it! Find a facility with managers, so you feel safer for yourself and your belongings. I am so glad to be done with this place!

Clean place and staff are nice. But loading area always packed and there's only 2 carts available in the building. Gate to exit is also not working. I'm okay to park on the side but there's not available cart, so nothing you can do but to wait until they unload the whole U-haul truck. Carts are not enough for all customers.
We loved using public storage. It was such a simple and easy process getting our unit and closing our account with them when we finally vacated. Thank you so much Daniel for your help!
I cannot begin to explain the level of tremendous dissatisfaction. I had to provide in person a proof of my ID which I am completely ok and understanding of. I made arrangements to get off work early to be there before closing.
I arrived at 4:45 and was told they closed at 5. No one was there. Called customer service and they even mentioned they close at 5 to which frustratedly I had to remind the call center person I was in Vegas and at the time it was 4:55. So trying to give the place the benefit I arrived at 9:05 today to find no one still there. Customer service line mentioned they opened at 9.
Entrance door is locked open because the exit rolling door is out of order along with their side door, talk about discouraging, was it left open all night without security? Upon leaving I'm to find in talking to another tenant they have had over 30 recent units broken into and 8 people caught living there.
Finally upon leaving there was an employee by the name of Daniel that I attempted to do a refund with. Daniel identified himself as a manager however in all my experience he has by far the worst in customer service skills. Wouldn't process a full refund and actually starting arguing with me saying we are not going to do this.
Extremely dissatisfied discouraged and will NEVER being doing business with them. Found business someplace else that actually in my opinion went above in beyond. Shame on you Public Storage for not following your own hours and for employing people that horrible.
In talking to my bank he only refunded me for my lock when he claimed he'd refund everything but the admin fee. Which honestly who helped administer anything.
Mick showed us the storage we need. He was pleasant and has good customer service. He answered all our questions and was very professional and nice.
Mark did a great job in helping me with getting a unit. He went into full detail of how everything works.

I had a great experience with this facility, I had things stored for over 6 months, and it was always very easy to access. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for storage needs in the area! Mick was amazing and very helpful.

Will never use this storage facility again! Been a customer for years and just recently someone broke into a few units after hours! No im sorry, no compensation for the damage that was done no explanation as to what they were going to do! Tried calling corporate to get some answers and never received a call back. Employee that was at the facility was rude and not helpful! For as many times as they raise their rates on you I advise if you want your stuff to be safe do not use this place!

This Location has helped me in more ways than I could ever imagine. Every employee are Active listeners, Patient and Understanding. This storage has a Clean environment from the spaces to the bathroom. Free from bugs and enough room for all tenants . Very safe!! you don’t have nothing to worry about but your bill!
OH MY GOODNESS. CHLYDE. WHAT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! WOW. Chlydeeeeeeeeeee. This should be named Chlyde's storage, because he made me feel like he could handle ALL of my issues. He heard me out, empathised with me and my unit, and fixed all the issues within a timely, kind, and very smooth manner. He also was very communicative and very transparent, I'm so so so appreciative of his services and knowledge, I highly recommend this location simply because of Chlyde. He almost made me cry! :') Give this man a raise!

Just moved to Vegas back in March…Rented a storage unit at extra space storage but recently had to move again because of the price went up drastically. I found this place and so glad I did. Mick was such a great help & knowledgeable. Gave me knowledge on how to protect my belongings and keep them secured. Always nice and polite and ready to help. Thank you, Mick!

The rental process supper easy - I’m and auction buyer and even that process was smooth I needed more time to clear the unit I won so I rented it for a month and like I said the manager he made it an easy process however there call center that’s a different story they do not know the head from a whole in the ground!

Today I purchased my second unit at this clean and wonderful location, and as usual I was greeted with nothing but the best form of human relations and exceptional customer service by Mick. He went above and beyond to ensure that both my units remained near to one another as well as provided me with the warmest smile during our entire ordeal. He was friendly, intelligent, humorous and full of positive energy which made my experience even better! And he isn’t the only one who’s awesome at this location; I love me some Genevieve also 🤍 The only thing that I can say from here is get over there and rent your unit today!! Great location! ZERO STARS!!! Been in and out all week for work and still haven't seen a worker. There hasn't been a single cart in sight and all the units in use are in the back. This location has to figure some things out already. The photo shows how every day has been. No worker or carts
This is the best and easier storage to work with. There is nothing complicated about their process for obtaining a unit. Up to date modern technology for entrance and exits.. I never had a worry about my storage units being broken into. Highly recommend public storage

I moved in Dec. by January I got my first increase in rent. 3 months later they sent a second increase. I started at 160 went to 180. If I would have stayed it was going to 222. I was upstairs all the way to the back. Did Auto pay so was never late! This company is greedy! The on-site employees are Awesome! Security great! Corporate greed Horrible! I moved to a place where I have a year set price, got a free moving truck and first 2 months free! Morning Star Storage Horizon Ridge in Henderson! Highly recommended and ask for Joy! Public Storage is a Greedy, Horrible company! Not recommended! Zero stars!!!

Great storage unit, the place is kept clean and air conditioned. However, the staff is almost non existent. They say they open at 9:30 but no one ever answers the phone or is in the office to assist. I’ve tried several days in a row to go there and see someone during business hours but the doors are always locked and no one is present.
